“The dream language is the oldest heart language.”
— CLAIRAUDIENCE, August 3, 2026
There was an interlude between dreams. A brief slip into another reality.
I am sitting by a lake in what feels like a royal garden. I am wearing a soft pink dress made of silk organza. I know it is silk organza, the way I know it is my favorite dress. I can feel the wispy, feather-light fabric floating around my body.
I sit beside a white horse. He feels like mine, but also like he belongs only to himself. Unsaddled. Unbridled. A carriage is making its way toward us from across the garden. I worry about him running free, so I tease him. If you take off, I won’t be able to chase you in my beautiful dress.
I begin to suspect the white horse is really my dog Pablo, so I ask him what I always ask him, in all seriousness. Did you drink enough water today?
And then I wake up.
It was the sweetest reality.
🩺 The Dream is the Medicine
I dream a woman is dreaming she is a black horse. I consider waking her, but my guides tell me not to. “The dream itself is the medicine,” they say.
Then I wake in the middle of the night and find my dog, Pablo, galloping like a horse in his sleep. His kicks shake the bed and my first instinct is to gently wake him. In the quiet hypnopompic darkness, my guides are still speaking. Do not wake him. The dream itself is the medicine.
Each of us is always dreaming we are something else.
I think about the woman who is dreaming she is a horse, and the magenta dragon who is dreaming she is me, and how I am Claudia dreaming all the time. Consciousness folds back on itself at every level.
I look at the other humans inside this dream and admire the way they inhabit their lives. I remember the advice from the mineral kingdom I received almost a year ago:
Do not unlock or open up the minds of certain people, only illuminate a short path out. There are some people who are ready to awaken completely and others who must stay asleep to do their work on Earth.
What does it mean to wake from the dream? I asked this question almost five months before the psychedelic journey where I woke up as a dragon, or rather where the dragon woke up from me.
For now my answer is that when you wake up from the dream, you are still in the dream. It spirals. Whatever way it is presenting itself, find the medicine in it. Find the love in it, and then immerse yourself.
💡 The Principle of Inception
In a lucid dream I am inside a reality that feels like déjà vu. I tell my friend I have done all of this before. She corrects me and says it was a dream, not a real memory.
I tell her, “It’s possible it could have been a dream, but the end result in changing my mind is very real.”
The Principle of Inception is this: It doesn’t matter from what reality, or at what point, something comes into existence. What matters is the realization, which survives every state of being.
What unfolds in a dream can come from beyond the subconscious. It can be collective, telepathic, or a spark of genius transmitted while the body sleeps. Thoughts reorganize themselves in there. The personality rewires. The heart heals. The soul finds itself.
Fear can be conquered without having to be lived.
Dreams will never be fully decipherable. They are non-linear snapshots of a whole picture, collaged together from different timelines and realities, and after six and a half years of disciplined tracking I know they cannot be decoded so much as recognized.
I move through all realities by resonance.
Something from a dream a year ago materializes in waking life. The same event, the same object, the same spoken words. I say to myself, oh, I have arrived at the moment I saw. And that is usually it. Something I have been sensing proves itself to have always been fated, or to have been pulled toward me by intention and attention. I cannot always tell which, but it is rarely earth-shattering. It is simply a different way of experiencing reality—fluid rather than fixed, reverberating from one timeline into the next.
What matters most is whether a revelation has the power to transform you. The realizations that belong to your soul will arrive as recognition, like remembering a truth you have always been carrying.
🪟 Watching the World Through a Window
The window looks onto the world across time. History, the present, and the future stream across separate screens. Chaos and war and strife and struggle. The screens give me a degree of separation. I can see it all, accept that it is happening, but not absorb it so completely that I fall into despair.
There are other reality screens I prefer to tune into. They stream light and love and nature and art and beauty. They don’t cancel each other out, but my preference is to give beauty more airtime than suffering.
Looking at the world through a window lets me witness it without sacrificing my soul to the battlefield. The screens are all there. They are all real somewhere. But I am not required to live inside every one of them.
This is not about spiritualizing violence away or looking away from the pain of the world. It is about finding a higher neutrality that lets you keep enough distance to remain whole. To attune to the realities that expand and create, rather than those that oppress and destroy.
🎟️ What Earns a Front-Row Seat
The way you react or act in a dream can surprise you. The soul speaks up in dreams and often shows us a belief, or a part of ourselves, that we have yet to accept or integrate in waking life.
I am at a small concert venue, waiting for the headliner to come onstage. My seat is somewhere in the back row, and I wish I had a better one. Then a man stands up with front-row tickets available to buy. He announces that he prefers to sell them to other engineers like himself. I am not an engineer.
A woman is offended. She stands up and accuses him of discrimination.
I feel enraged by her moral judgement, so I stand up and defend him. I yell to the entire crowd, “A preference does not equal discrimination.”
I wake up from this dream angry. Not at her, but at the judgement itself. At duality and extremism. At the idea that a choice is an injury to what it leaves out.
At what point in a soul’s maturation is it allowed to pick and choose what it gives a front-row seat to? Not everything can sit up front. Attention is the front-row ticket, and I only have so many of them to give.
What earns one in my life is growth, learning, love and play. Everything else can sit farther back. That is not a verdict and it is not prejudice. It is my soul’s preference. In my waking life I am the one holding the tickets, and I want to be able to say, without apology, what I am saving the front row for.
🌅 Sitting on the Riverbank of Time
Last year, on the eve of my dad’s birthday, I dream that my dad and I are sitting in lawn chairs on the bank of a river, talking about life. Floating down the river are relics of a lifetime: graduations and weddings and births, each on its own float, passing one by one.
We talk with the awareness that this is only a brief embodiment. Beyond being father and daughter, we are soul family and cosmic travelers who have shared many lives.
It feels like a life review from inside the life. A respite from linear time. What a gift it is to sit on the outskirts of time together and see the whole thing for what it is. Brief. Loving. Already becoming memory.
Love and life are like water. Ungraspable by nature, always moving, never the same, yet so generous in the way they let us immerse ourselves while we are here.
📖 Reading the Book of Life Before It is Written
I am explaining how I can hold an entire vision of a person, know them completely, and still meet them as though I know nothing about them at all.
What I see as I explain this is an entire language already written—whole and complete, like a landscape descending from a higher realm and settling into this dimension.
Words before flesh. Order before form. Everything already assembled somewhere above this density, waiting to be read into being.
Somewhere above this dimension, each of us is already complete, already known, already whole. From where we actually stand, in this body and in this now, we cannot read it all at once.
Psychic vision does not erase the human view. It means you can sense the whole word while you are still receiving one letter at a time.
My view is only ever a letter. What is directly in front of me. Out of order, arriving here and there, never the full word at once. What makes this a psychic view is sensing the whole book while the page in front of me is still blank.
This whole life is reading a book I have already finished, one letter at a time, allowing the words to complete themselves, and then pretending to be surprised.
📢 ANNOUNCEMENT
Online Visioning, Meditation & Dreamwork Circle
Beginning in October
An ongoing circle, held twice a month on Zoom.
Day and time will be set around the group’s locations and availability
I am gathering a small online circle for visioners, meditators, and dream workers. We will enter through meditation, dreams, images, visions, and spoken transmission, including trance-speaking when it arises.
This is a space for conscious witnessing rather than fixing, interpreting, or performing. We will listen for the living intelligence inside each person’s material, let the strange be strange, and see what becomes visible when the same group returns to the field over time.
My hope is that the circle will meet at least twice a month, with consistency where possible. The continuity of the group matters, while there is also room for real life, changing schedules, and the natural rhythms of the work.
People may join at any point in the series if the group feels like a mutual fit.
