Good question! The Gods-eye view vision was from a psychedelic journey (psilocybin), the other two were from night dreams. I can usually sense during the day if I'm going to have "strong" dreams that night and for those I try to stay as sober as possible (no wine or weed).
I usually have 3-5 dreams a night. Not all are them are "visions," but I am able induce visions without medicine or "drugs." I should share those ways! Mostly it's a mix of meditation, prayer, setting intentions during the day, eating light, reading sacred texts, and visualization exercises.
