bless me with your clear vision
teach me to see the humor in existence
and to find joy in every obstacle

lend me your machete
so that I can cut through the jungle
to find my river and source of Life

show me how to shapeshift
so that I can know consciousness
as animal, mineral, vegetable and human
Give me the instincts of a wild cat,
a crystal's sense of time,
the wisdom of an oak tree,
and the liberation of a woman's spirit

The places you go within are just as important as external reality. Your inner landscape should be a sanctuary—free from fear and doubt.
Within my inner church lies an altar; it is here that I lay down my anxieties. I entrust them to a higher power, believing that the universe, with its all-seeing eyes and heart, acknowledges my pain and fear.
I have faith that my ancestors and beings who love unconditionally watch over me. Yet, there are also demons and villains here—inner critics, echoes of past abusers, shadows, and monsters. We coexist.
Occasionally, they step into my temple, but all are welcome. My inner church is indestructible. It is built from my attention, energy, time, and thoughts.
Every moment spent envisioning your inner church reinforces the pillars of your sacred space. It will never collapse.
Someday, after this life, when you awaken—and wonder if you are in a dream or dead—your deep inner structure will still be standing. Go there. Wait at the altar, and you will be summoned.

AFTER-LIFE VISIONS
🌈 🎨 We were born to create dreams
Our individual dreams are important. As a seeker, you continuously spiral into yourself with the intention of discovering and recovering more and more of your soul power. Your truest self is never complete. You should have many dreams and wishes. You should find all the imaginary barriers that keep you from expanding your life and break free from them.
This dream was about the fear and mental blocks that keep us from acting out our dreams. Whose reality are you adhering to?
Our desires, wishes, and dreams are not meant to be destinations or endings—they are meant to be guideposts along this path of creation.
Being alive and embodied in flesh is a creative act for the soul, and if you can remember—or at the very least imagine—why you chose to be born at this time and place on Earth and what your purpose was, you’ll find your first guidepost to follow.
All roadblocks are imaginary. Reality creation is a gift that belongs to all of us.

ENERGY LESSONS
🌌 🛍️ The Cosmic Shopping Mall
Dream states are energy playgrounds. This is where we rehearse life events and learn to master our energy bodies.
Our dream bodies are like holograms, made of light waves. In dreams, we shapeshift and travel at the speed of thought. Energy was our first form before incarnation. When we dream, we remember all the ways we know how to create and re-create ourselves.
You don’t need to be an adept at astral projection. It all begins in the imaginal.
Close your eyes and go there now—the Cosmic Shopping Mall—where everything exists as energy. Imbue yourself with the qualities you want to express on Earth and pull them down toward you.
Note: It won’t be instantaneous. “Manifestation” as a buzzword has been exploited and distorted, but the act of “creating” is a universal principle. To co-create with the Universe requires us to become familiar with how it works. Energy, for the most part, abides by the laws of nature, which means anything we pull down from the astral realms has to congeal and solidify to exist in linear time and space. Our 3D time-space is very slow compared to the rest of the Universe.

EMOTIONAL BODY
🌊 🚢 Every emotion is a wave that can rock our vessel
My angels love to give me emotional training in dreams. The boat is a symbol of my emotional body in physical form. The passengers on this vessel are all parts of "me"—each with the potential to create emotional waves that can throw me off balance. This is a reminder that we are the captains of our own ships, and we should always know who is on deck at any given time. Evolving our emotional intelligence means that we do not have to remain a mystery to ourselves or be ruled by our emotions.
Emotional regulation is a foundational skill required for knowing higher worlds. If you are easily affected and taken on emotional rides by other human beings—who are your brothers and sisters—how can you expect to manage the chaos and craziness of communicating with Spirits, ETs, and other strange, foreign consciousnesses?
Sometimes the phone call is coming from within. Inside of me is every age I’ve ever been, and every once in a while, my inner child will feel insulted or neglected. When this happens, a sudden wave of tears or anger might overtake me. It’s imperative that I learn to sense the stirrings of these emotions before they become a giant wave. Just because I feel it doesn’t mean I have to express it, identify with it, or ride it out.
ARCHETYPAL INTELLIGENCE
🔓 🔑 Unlocking symbols for transformation
Both of these archetypes live inside of me—the underdeveloped masculine and the wise old witch. Integrating these aspects of myself leads to alchemical healing and freedom. Dreams give us the opportunity to navigate the landscapes of our souls visually. In dreams, we discover our disowned selves and guide them out of their shadowy caves toward Life.
All of these symbols in the dream are containers for alchemical transformation—the little boy, the tower, the cave, the water, the lock, the key, and the wise old witch.
I am all of these things, and they all exist inside of me.
I imagine what it’s like to be each of these tools, spaces, and characters—one at a time, then all at once. I consider what is wanting to occur beneath the situation.
The boy seeking freedom. The wise old witch waiting for me to unlock the tower. The tower promising a higher perspective and liberation.
If I am wise, I’ll see that there is no problem to be solved—I only need to allow these symbols to be expressed through me.
I’ve never been a little boy, but my inner child is very active in my life. Lately, when she feels most alive and present, I imagine her with a twin brother and consider all the things he might like to do or say. This is how I am getting to know my inner masculine.
ANCESTRAL ROOTS
🌳 👵🏼 A PSA from the Grandmother Tree
The Grandmother Tree comes to me in a dream and reminds me that I am always a part of her, like a root temporarily exposed on Earth for just a brief time. Someday, I will weave my soul back into her, like my ancestors. I see them on the Grandmother Tree in the highest branches, their souls glowing like fruits of wisdom, ready for me to pluck for guidance. I honor my Grandmother Tree daily by taking care of myself as if it sustains her. I know that what I feed my mind, body, and soul will become her fruits to give for eternity. I am her root, anchoring deeper into this Earth, and I am her branch, reaching higher toward the heavens.
All of us are connected to our ancestral trees energetically. This umbilical cord is never severed or cut. I ask myself the meaning of this daily—what does it mean to be connected like a root and to be responsible for sustaining something so ancient? What does a soul need to flourish and thrive? How can I give back to my ancestors who brought me into existence? Their potentials, like seeds, lie dormant within my body. I consider the things I need to grow—the natural elements, light, space, and love.
