🖼️ 💭 Memories outside the frame

A year ago, my spirit guides said this to me in a dream to describe what psychic intuition and gnosis feels like.

“Memories outside the frame” is when the subconscious speaks up during waking life. It feels like an interruption. You won’t be able to focus on the task at hand.

Let yourself be pulled out of the moment or frame toward the imagery, thought or feeling. Let it unfold and it will remind you of what you are supposed to know in this moment.

These “memories” are catalogued in our bodies, minds and auric fields. They are part of our vast psychic library. They are intuitions, ideas, inspirations, imagery and thought fragments that want to be integrated into our lives.

We bring them to life by paying them attention.

Here’s a very personal example of how I recently got pulled by memories outside of the frame:

I am sitting on a Zoom call with my psychic mentor Cyndi and I am sharing a recent dream where I make love to the Triple Goddess. In the dream I orgasm and begin to lactate. I ask the Goddess if I just gave birth to a child and she says no.
I wake up and wonder who I am supposed to nourish with this new breast milk.
As I relay this dream to Cyndi, I start to feel distracted by an old dream in which I was prepping a restaurant to open — only the restaurant was attached to the house I was living in. The image felt LOUD in my head. I couldn’t keep my eyes open and I felt pulled by the image itself.
I asked Cyndi if I could just have a moment to follow this thread. I closed my eyes and breathed into the imagery. The dream expanded in my mind’s eye and as I entered the restaurant the memory warped into a different past dream where the Goddess was helping me set up tables for a banquet in my own backyard. (Related imagery)
I opened my eyes. The dream memories (outside of the frame) had answered my question — at least for the moment.
I have no child and I’m not lactating in real life, but as a metaphor this newsletter is the banquet in my backyard and you who are reading this are my guests — and the Goddess has given me all the food I need to serve.

ALIEN ANCESTORS

👽 🌍 Galactic Family Systems

This is an E.T. memory I had on my 39th Birthday. I believe some memories are encoded but dormant in our DNA until we reach a certain threshold of consciousness. These memories awaken when our physical vehicles for consciousness are equipped — or have expanded wide enough — to handle the spiritual weight of the memory.

Every dream or memory brings a responsibility to integrate it. The multidimensional meaning behind this vision will change its reflection as time passes.

I have this awareness of “star families” in my bones, and at the same time I am so in awe of the blood family I was born from.

My parents who I have tried so hard to override and my siblings who challenge and oppose my reality of how our childhood unfolded — I am so in love and grateful for them and for all of the struggles we’ve been through together and future obstacles they might throw in my direction. These are my mirrors and my heart, and life on Earth is just as fascinating and magical as the other realities.

I recently asked my spirit guides “What’s above aliens?” The answer I have right now is:

Only prime matter and source energy. The consciousness of creation. Infinite possibilities for new planes of existence and realities.

Let’s reach toward that height (above aliens) and toward each other.

“Humanity wants to reach for the stars but very often cannot even reach for the hand of its neighbor. …As much as humanity might want to meet its cousins from the sky, they will not initiate an open contact program until humanity can embrace its brothers across the street. It is up to this planet. It is humanity who is calling the shots.”

UNIVERSAL LAWS

⏳ 😭 The Space-Time Continuum Saga

I’ve gotten pretty good at existing between the worlds. I’m often projecting into a future while at the same time I’ll be half-stepped into a dream.

You can tell where someone is rooted in time by their language and what tense they use.

Maybe on some other plane of existence I really am a timeline keeper — but what I believe is closer to this truth:

We alter all timelines — past and future — by the choices we make in the present. Free Will exists and so do Universal Laws. Paradoxes exist on all planes of Reality.

So don’t be a dumbass. (I’m speaking to myself, not you!)

PARTS WORK

🛠️ 🏡 Build your own dream house

Whenever I dream of inherited houses or M.C. Escher floorplans or moving furniture around rooms, my first interpretation lens is that these are deep structures within me and anyone who lives inside of these structures are parts of myself.

Dreaming of any type of “structure” could symbolize a mental framework or outdated construct. The lower and higher levels of a house could represent different lineages, timelines or dimensions.

You don’t have to open every door you see, just be aware that there is more to explore — when you are ready.

This dream of a house full of unhappy inhabitants was an obvious shadow-work dream. The people inside were polarizing parts of myself that needed to be married or integrated to become a third thing — a new balanced “sub-personality.”

Not all parts need to get married to one another, sometimes you just need to create enough space within you for opposites to exist in harmony.

REALITY DEBRIEF

💭 🧩 Thought Fragments

I’ve been working on developing a daily blogging practice, because once we give voice to our inner realities they become ingredients in an alchemical potion for transformation.

Here are some of the theories and thought fragments that have been bubbling up from my inner cauldron.

Motion in dreams serve as energies to embody and loosen up the rigidity of our mental frameworks. For example: I dream I am 40 and I am jumping up and down very high in the air as a mode of travel down a street. I come across a younger woman and I say to her, “Here’s a secret for when you turn 40. When you’re 40 you’ll want to jump everywhere!” And I jump away. In waking life I’ll be 40 in about six months, but in the dream I already knew that after 40 I will no longer walk or run to get from point A to point B, I’ll jump there. Maybe this symbolizes leaps in growth or judgement or jumping to the “right” conclusion, or maybe this is what wisdom represents — that I have earned a certain amount of life or leeway and I can now get to a space or arrive at a state of mind via a faster method.

The role of a Lightworker or an Energy Healer can be simply described as holding a high frequency. This is how — one by one —we can affect mass consciousness and change the future.
There are heavens and utopias where the soul finds respite, yet we come back to Earth or this 3D Reality to grow through challenges. There is no FINISH LINE, only periods of rest in a continuous cycle of growth and evolution. (Here is a personal heaven of mine.)
Grounding oneself and reconnecting with reality can be a powerful tool in managing emotions and perceptions. This involves not making assumptions about others' moods or expectations, but rather focusing on the present moment and the infinite possibilities it holds. Remember, reality is far more interesting than our worries and fears.

SPIRIT SMARTS

🔍 👥 How to tell the difference between Community vs Cults

Like my Working Manifesto of Free Will, this How-to is a work in progress. I’ll be updating it here.

As a child, my spirituality was inextricable from organized religions (including one that could be considered a cult). I had no choice or autonomy, and because of that, as a young adult, I stayed far away from any kind of community or communal living — including platonic roommates or even study groups.

I never again wanted strangers holding me accountable for something — especially the evolution of my soul.

Now as an older adult, I want to redefine what community means to me.

I don’t have it figured out yet, but here is where I will keep my list of how I can tell the difference between community vs cults.

I get to show up as a I am in the moment — no pretenses, no judgement.
I am able to transform. The community encourages and supports individual metamorphosis and change.
I can drop in when I want to and come and go as a I please. I owe no one an explanation for my absence, and we greet each other with only love and joy.
No required reading. Period.
I feel inspired and renewed after gatherings. I should never feel lethargic, mind-fucked or like my life-force has been drained from me.
As a community, one of our purposes is to shine light on each other’s divine gifts. In this way, we act like clear mirrors for one another.

CONSCIOUSNESS CHAT

🌈 💭 Dream Drop-in Zoom this weekend

I’ve hosted three dream share sessions so far, and I am learning so much from the other dreamers. Here’s some of the recent symbols discussed and realizations I’ve had during our time together.

Clothing in dreams can symbolize ancestral inheritances, past lives or adjacent timelines, or new energies that are asking to be integrated into our physical being. Pay attention to the color and type of clothing because these might also indicate what chakras need unblocking or work. (I often dream of jewelry and if it's a necklace I am wearing I know it relates to the Throat Chakra and I pay attention to the crystal/gem and color I have chosen for myself.)
In Wedding Dreams, pay attention to what you are wearing, who the bride or groom is or whether one of them is absent — these might indicate inner-aspect unions that are needed. For ex. an absent groom might suggest a missing masculine aspects wanting integration.
Warzone or Conflict Dreams could symbolize a polarizing aspect of the SELF that wants to be understood. This shadow-work differs from Wedding Dreams, because a merging of two polarities might not be necessary. Think of this as a doorway to a greater understanding. A self-mystery that you are responsible for embracing and solving.

Dream Drop-ins are one-hour long, limited to 6 people and free to attend. The next one will be Sunday, December 3 @ 10AM PST.

Here are the guidelines and link to register.

I post dream imagery on instagram @manyworldsvision. My personal instagram is also public but is mostly pictures of my dog.
