Future nostalgia, Double-faced Godhead and the "Multiverse Shred"

For the 200+ new subscribers that know me from Recomendo, this is a little different. In this newsletter, I share visions from dreams, psychedelic journeys and other altered states.

The cosmic highway of information is infinite and there is a constant stream of communication happening between Universal Consciousness and our own private channels. I don’t claim to know any truths, only what’s true to me — and even that is multidimensional.

I don’t believe in one spiritual lesson plan for all, but I do believe psychic senses can be developed.

Sometimes I feel like an alien in my own body and other times I’m so human it’s crippling.

The evolution of my soul is my number one priority, and more and more I’m realizing that requires learning how to embody my higher spirit, seeing the Divine in every human, and trying my best to love them in that way.

Double-faced Godhead

I was a double-faced godhead floating in cosmic space. I had two open mouths. One mouth was swallowing in future timelines and the other mouth was spitting out the past. I spun on an axis ‘round and ‘round until I couldn’t tell which way was which. My spirit guides told me it didn’t matter — it’s all the same.

“Past lives” and “reincarnation” are just frameworks to help us wrap our minds around non-linear time. Soul matter belongs to cosmic consciousness and cannot be strapped down by physics.

Once during a psychedelic journey a karmic blockage was extracted from my heart. I saw my heart repaired by angelic mechanics in an automotive bodyshop. Dark fluid was drained and broken parts were replaced. When the repair was over, the spirit of an older Shaman woman came to me and thanked me for the heart clearing. She said she would be needing it in the “future.” I asked, “Are you me? How can that be — you’re shorter and browner and more round than me.” She just laughed in the way a zen master might laugh at a cosmic joke his student doesn’t understand. It was then I knew her future was my past. But more importantly, it didn’t matter — because it’s all the same.

We can heal our future from the past and past from the future and present from the pastpresentfuture. It’s all the same.

I never watched Scooby Doo, but the Mystery Inc. team showed up in a dream. They twirled so fast like a tornado and as they spun, their souls began to shred and merge into one body. This is the “multiverse shred” they said. Shamans speak about soul loss and healers help us recover lost parts of ourselves — but this is something new. An amalgam of all your multiverse selves working together as a team, solving the greatest mystery of all — the true nature of your reality.

My body is my spaceship. I call it my bodyship. There is a temple in my higher heart where I go to worship. It is my vehicle for living on Earth and it grounds my spirit. In my bodyship, there lives every age I’ve ever been.

My Divine Inner Child is 8 years old. She is the higher-self of who I was at 8 — a pure personality aligned with divine will — before hormones and heartbreaks. She teaches me the gift of Embodiment and how to be fully present in my body.

With our bodies we give form to our souls. What a gift it is to be incarnated and have the capacity to concretize our inspiration, intuition and intelligence. This is the act of creating. This the act of Gods.

Try to see, feel and know the alignment of all your bodies — mental, emotional, spiritual, etc. — and try to hear the harmonic resonance of your entire being creating itself.

A requisite of the human experience involves emotional entanglements and drama. You don’t have to be roped into every altercation. You are allowed to disengage. You are allowed to cut energetic cords. You are allowed to walk away. But every time you are bothered by something or someone is an opportunity for growth — either for you or for the other human. The Mayans have a greeting that says, “In Lak'ech Ala K'in,” meaning I am another you and you are another me. Empathy requires vision — try to see the other person’s script — what role are they acting and what part will you play?

With every psychedelic journey, I dismantle my personality. It takes several days, sometimes weeks, to put myself back together again. The baseline shifts and I grasp for a self that is no longer within reach. When I finally adjust to my new brain waves, I ride those new currents back out to the seas of my subconscious and I start all over again.

🗣️ Inner Child Protest

Our inner children want to experience life too. They’ve been waiting their whole lives to be an adult and now that they are one, they’ve been relegated to the background or worse — repressed inside our consciousness. But the child speaks up in dreams and will show you what they need to survive. Listen to them. Take them out on a walk or a play date. My inner child loves to color mandalas while listening to the radio. She loves to eat sour gummy worms. She takes naps on the grass and runs with her dog. She demands more time for daydreaming and less time doing.

It feels like a déjà vu daydream. We mourn departures that have yet to occur. We yearn for events that haven’t happened. We miss people we don’t know. Future nostalgia is not a species of linear time, but embracing it can loosen up the rigid constructs of “time” in our minds. Try to notice it the next time it happens.
