Higher Self-Organizing Principle of Grace.

My dreams and visions always ramp up before Christmas and Easter. It’s not lost on me that, nearing Christmas, I received the clairaudient message “Higher‑Self Organizing Principle of Grace,” and that it took until the Easter season to really understand more of what that actually means.

It is easy to move through life only in reaction to the external world, replaying strange loops of programming and inherited belief structures from childhood. But to align yourself with a Higher‑Self Organizing Principle of Grace—and beyond that, to cultivate your own individuated values and commit to them as governing principles for your life—is, to me, the epitome of free will.

What follows are the visions and dreams that teach my body how to surrender, how to individuate, and how to hold the tension between both. They show me that the very tension itself—and the capacity we build for holding multiple realities in one body—is how the soul grows wings.

The flow of the swarm 🐝

In a dream, the bees show me what surrender feels like in the body. I watch the swarm move as a single higher‑orchestrated flow—a divine dance—and I see my own individuated movement beside it, jerky and ungraceful.

There is nothing inherently wrong with self‑interest. There is individual field work and there is collective field. Sometimes I am one, and sometimes I am one of many.

Surrender doesn’t mean a loss of control. It means I am operating at the higher‑self level, the one who remembers the field beneath the fields—the deeper choreography moving underneath everything.

Trust the invisible steps along the way 🪜

Mary Magdalene appears at the end of a reality tunnel. I am trying to escape a bad timeline and she is there to guide me. I know this reality is a kind of game, but it is hard to navigate time and space when you can’t trust anything.

“That’s the point,” Mary Magdalene says. “Trust. Trust the invisible steps that bring you closer to Heaven. Trust the undercover helpers who remind you to keep your mind on the Light.”

In the dream, I am trying to escape a controlled reality run by abusers. I know it is both dream and real. What is reality, anyway—a simulation, a game, a play? Wherever the majority of your awareness lives is your reality, and if you are trapped, oppressed, abused, or controlled, it is a kind of hell.

I often fall into illusory prisons. Sometimes they exist only in my mind and sometimes they are constructs the external world projects onto us. The soul dodges energy drains and traps on a daily basis.

Mary Magdalene reminds me that there are invisible and undercover helpers who are here to guide us toward freedom. Their advice is so simple: “Keep your mind on the Light. Trust.”

How to see all of the Universe 🌌

In a liminal state, I see all of the universe floating above me. Ancient temples, future cities, a smiling stranger, rituals, celebrations, dark nights of the soul, agriculture, industry, singularity—all of it exists in some form, right here in front of you. I channel the following message:

I had seen this before—back in 2021, when my guides were teaching me about multidimensional time.

I saw the universe on a curtain, pulled above me. I saw reality from underneath. They said, “This is one way you can see.”

We can always access this way of seeing. The question that forms in this altered state is, “What do I do with this vision?” What choices do I make if all of the universe is here for me to see?

I search for myself in the cosmic sea of everything. I see that I am everything, too. I don’t have to dissolve into the oneness. This vision reminds me that my one lifetime as “Claudia” is held inside an infinite field, and I still get to decide, consciously, how to move through it.

Boundaries as Sacred Geometries in the Field of Oneness 🔯

In the field of oneness, I can see everything and still make something new from the everything. In a vision, my free will, my choices, and my boundaries light up as sacred geometries around me—and these are the shapes that give Source a way to feel itself, know itself, and enjoy its own freedom.

For me, that work starts with cultivating and anchoring my home frequency. I attune to my truest, highest selves and let my interactions with the world arise from there, not from programming or fear.

If life on Earth is a classroom—or, as my angels say, a cooperative game—then you can still hurt me inside the game. I can see that hurt as one potentiality of reality playing out, and I can also choose how I move with it in a way that is faithful to my principles instead of giving in to an abstract idea of oneness.

I can hold the whole field and still say no to what I experience as a human.

Our principles and boundaries work on two layers at once. They steady our nervous systems, and they shape the collective field. Saying no to a life experience, or to a pattern of shared suffering, is not a betrayal of unity. It is an act of service to the field. One clean NO in one relationship echoes fractally through the whole field.

I am learning that holding the higher perspective does not mean I have to live inside every possible version of it. I can break an experience down, name it accurately, and accept what it is on the 3D level. I can hold the vast view and still make grounded choices from my human perspective.

“Yes” and “no” are complete polarities, equal in power and necessity. When you let both move through you—your contractions and your expansions into life—your boundaries click into place like clear lines in a living mandala. You become a coherent geometry inside the field, and that coherence is divine and neutral.

Meet your nervous system where it’s at 🩻

In a dream, I am sitting with my own nervous system. A voice says:

“Do not ignore your subconscious baseline. Meet your nervous system where it’s at, and don’t try to mature it beyond its limits or years.”

This advice works on many levels. My guides are asking me not to drag my 3D body into worlds and futures my system is not ready to hold yet. I can see the higher realities, but I don’t have to live in them faster than my body can stabilize. The dream is a reminder to build capacity from where I actually am and what I can truly process, not just from what I have access to.

How the soul body grows wings 🕊️

In a dream, I am shown that being awake within the dream means holding two realities at the same time. I feel the tension between the higher will and the human thought, and I see how learning to stand in both at once is how the soul body grows wings.

When the higher‑self organizing principle of grace is allowed to flow through human thought, choice, or action, something new happens in the field. A current rises from below through effort and intention, and a current descends from above through grace. Where they meet, wings begin to form.

Our soul body grows wings when we agree to hold the tension between our human will and the higher will, without collapsing into either.

How to anchor your highest self 🌟

In the dream, I see myself echoing downward, one light‑body after another, as I congeal into matter from light. Each version of me is a copy of a copy of a copy, and yet every layer is still unmistakably me.

This is how the higher-self operates. This is the image for the I AM presence: one consciousness, many expressions. I exist in other dimensions where I am not made of matter, and I am still anchored there, just as I am anchored here. Even as a duplicate across worlds, I am truly myself, and no one else is me.

In my densest form, I feel less free, but that is an illusion. Everything is light and holographic. Even when I am here, I am not only here. The soul has wings and can move through many worlds at once.

The aim is to sync up all of these selves—to grow awareness of what I am doing in other dimensions, realities, and timelines, and to let that awareness inform how I walk on the ground. To operate on the 3D level from my highest self is not to escape this body, but to let every copy in the stack point in the same direction, so I move through this life as a coherent whole.

I wake up and wonder why the visions keep coming. I wonder who they’re for, and what to do with them. The back‑and‑forth dialogue with my disembodied guides is nightly. Waking life keeps getting more responsive—with synchronicities and premonitions. Every day I radiate my gratitude back to the universe for getting to be in conversation with it.

I can be both grateful and selfish. I ask my guides for more galactic consciousness in dreams—“Give me far‑off planets and heavens,” I say—yet I keep getting sent back into interpersonal training, again and again. A part of me wants to be done with this already. I’m tired of dreaming about relational fields, boundaries, projections, intimacy, and old patterns.

I recognize the irony that what feels basic and boring to me is actually something I will never master: how to be undisturbed and yet deeply affected by other people.

I’m aching for higher forms of consciousness—unity, oneness, galactic perspectives—and I’m realizing the thruway for all of this is actually other humans. A New Earth and new ways of being embodied can only be midwifed through a group field. We are meant to reunite on Earth with our soul family. Together we create a portal for higher consciousness and new sustainable energies that are meant to be anchored here on Mother Earth.

It’s kind of funny and tragic how the universal field is teeming with consciousness at all levels, and yet loneliness and disconnection can be louder than anything else. It feels like an unsolvable paradox, but I think the first step to solving it involves the anchoring of your true self and embodiment of your home frequency.

In the last issue, I wrote about frequency, coherency, and light quotient as psychic infrastructure for carrying more consciousness through the body. This issue is more about that, and about establishing your home frequency. My guides call this wider curriculum “energy economics,” a collection of the psychic trainings they keep putting me through.

The energetic price range of everything 📈

In a dream, they show me that there is an energetic price range to every action, interaction, and non‑action.

Reality is vibrational, and as embodied souls we undulate up and down in frequency with every choice we make.

There is an energetic cost to saying yes when you mean no, to saying nothing when the soul wants to speak, to shrinking and dimming, and to following outgrown obligations instead of living in resonance with who you truly are now. The price can debit your nervous system and show up as fatigue, drain, or tension.

None of this is moral—it’s math. We live inside a universe of energy economics. We pay for existence with our attention, time and our life force. This is not meant to make life transactional, only to make the invisible visible, so that you can stop over‑spending your energy on what no longer serves your soul.

The simplest way I practice this as I move about the day is to pause at the points that feel charged or where I feel pulled and ask, “What will this cost my body, my attention, or my future self?” If it doesn’t open up doors for growth or possibility and instead dulls or drains you, consider it too expensive for your system.

Some things will feel cheap in the moment but cost you days of recovery. Some things will feel expensive in courage or vulnerability but leave you more resourced, more yourself, and more at home in your body.

Dreams are very good at revealing where our energetic leaks are. Most of life runs in sine waves, so it’s perfectly normal to oscillate between deficit and surplus. We are meant to be experiencers of the full spectrum of life—all the ups and downs—but what can actually change our reality is the awareness we carry around the dynamics behind it, and the energetic price range of everything.

Rearranging the inner landscape like Feng shui 🔄

In a dream, my body becomes a house I can walk through. I rearrange energetic blockages the way you’d do feng shui, so that life force can move more freely. At first I think I’m just dealing with “stuck energy,” but then I see the blockages are actually people—old relationships that died off in the outer world but are still very much alive inside my body.

My guides tell me that, in this case, there is no difference between the relational field and the inner landscape. I find someone’s hurtful words from ten years ago leeching off my solar plexus like a parasite. In the dream, I don’t exile or evict everyone. I gently relocate them. I move someone out of my heart and into the courtyard of my heart.

We are meant to be fluid creatures, not concretized or rigidified by story. Even love can grow claws when it refuses to evolve. The placements of people, stories, and past versions of ourselves can be rearranged and rewritten within us.

The energetic cost of leaving someone wired into the wrong room can be taxing on your life force, but the relief when they’re found and moved is immediate.

Counter‑balancing energy in relational fields ⚖️

Because the boundary between the relational field and the individual self can be very thin, my guides show me how to counter‑balance heavy or domineering energy with presence alone. I witness how simply anchoring a higher frequency in my own body can soften someone else’s harshness.

In waking life, I test this with one of the most bull‑headed people I’ve ever met—the kind of person who flips everything you say into something negative or pessimistic. Usually I get tangled in their field and walk away drained, but this time I stay anchored.

They poke, prod, and say the most off‑putting things, and I choose to remain in my higher heaven—unaffected, curious, even slightly entertained. I don’t armor up and I don’t collapse. By the end of our time together, they seem soft, sweet, almost playful.

I still don’t grasp the exact physics of these energy economics, but I know this:

True power is not force.

Force is expensive and it tires out quickly. True power in a relational field is fluidity, grace, and the loving fierceness of just being.

We are meant to affect each other for the sake of growth and expansion, but the question for every relational field is, “Who or what energy is setting the baseline?” And if needed, “Is it possible to counter‑balance the energy to create something new?”

Clearing grievances before they hook into the body 🪄

Our bodies are permeable environments. We move through other people’s energy every day. In a dream, my guides show me how to clear a grievance before it hooks itself in. Very simply, they say, “Unhook yourself from the story.” Refuse any roles you did not consent to play.

While it’s true that discomfort and friction can be a portal to growth, not everything needs to become an issue, a plotline, or an insult. A lot of the static we feel is simply other people’s unresolved energy passing through. You do not need to let it take up rental space in your nervous system.

When something heavier does hook itself in, register where it lives in the body. Remember that you can remove it, rearrange it, and rewrite it.

We are prisms capable of refracting dense energies back into light.

The frequency of coming home to yourself 🌐

Being fully embodied means that the soul has taken its seat in the material body. In a dream, I’m teaching a woman how to anchor her home frequency and broadcast it. I show her the difference between someone who is present, awake, and inhabited—and someone whose soul has retreated. There is a quality of aliveness that can be psychoactive to those around them.

I tell her that when you feel at home in your own body, whole realities will reorganize around you. I don’t mean this in a narcissistic way—I mean it as field mechanics. Reality reorganizes around the strongest broadcast in the room. When your soul is seated and you’re not abandoning yourself, you become a gentle center of gravity.

Coming home to yourself feels like your nervous system relaxing because it knows you are fully here. Your choices and the energetic costs behind them can now align with your true frequency instead of fear.

This is also how we recognize each other as soul family. Our hearts are homing beacons and home frequencies gravitate toward home frequencies.

When to dust off disturbances in your field 🌪️

In a meditative vision, I see myself dusting off a disturbance from my field, the way you casually brush crumbs off a dress. Some energies are meant to be cleared that simply and that fast.

Not every disturbance is a threat, and not every disturbance is an initiation. Some are just static—loose, hungry parasites looking for somewhere to plug in. When that’s the case, it’s not soul work, and the most skillful move is to brush it off your field.

What I’m still learning is how to tell when chaos enters my field as an initiator, and when it’s just an agitator throwing me off my home frequency. It’s important to me to meet every challenge as an opportunity for growth—and to also know that some chaos arrives just to erode our home frequency and siphon from our nervous system.

The discernment between both lives in the body. What is dangerous to your system will make your body contract and disorient your sense of self, leaving you foggy and incoherent. If what disturbs you is meant as an initiation into a more expanded field, you can still deepen your breath. The sensation may feel intense and scary, but you remain oriented and anchored in yourself amid the chaos. There is a higher-self organizing principle of grace running through it—a sense of rightness, of “this is hard, but true.” That kind of disturbance is an initiator. It is here to re‑tune your field.

Ask your body, not your mind. Some things are here to initiate you. Some things are here to be dusted off. Part of spiritual maturity is knowing you’re allowed to choose.

“Nothing’s changed, and everything’s changed.” 🌀

In a dream, I give an old friend a tour of my psychic landscape. They want to know why they’re not in my life anymore. I tell them, “Nothing’s changed, and everything’s changed. I didn’t want to have to change my frequency for you.”

Sometimes the anchor point shifts inside us. Our center recalibrates. It’s not about dramatic personality makeovers, but more about the subtle changes in what our field can sustainably hold. We deal in resonances and matches. We sync up and repel each other like magnets.

A relationship that once felt harmonious can become discordant or simply too expensive to maintain. The energetic cost of keeping it going starts outweighing the nourishment it brings. That’s okay. That’s part of the growth process.

When your frequency changes, your relational field must recalibrate—and letting relationships end or shift is part of energetic integrity, not failure. All relationships should have multiple endings. True Love allows for change and evolution of the soul. Nothing is linear. We spiral back and forth into each other’s lives—if not in the 3D, then in memories and resonances. Love is its own force field, and it is timeless. Anything that anchors itself in love is never truly gone.

Show them what kind of alien you are. — Mother Earth

On April 21, 2024, in High Rolls, New Mexico, during a psilocybin medicine journey, a Puebloan shaman showed me how he carries cosmic lineage within his lightbody. His skin is not skin, but particles of time. He is not just human—he is also a tree, the birds, and the sky. He teaches how to hold the Universe while tending to the Earth.

I shapeshift into a whale and dive deep into the middle of the Earth to meet my Mother Tree. I see a grey alien having tea with her, and I ask what he is doing there. They tell me that Mother Earth is the little sister of our planetary system, and the aliens love to visit with her. She is to be protected, and she is known as the “jewel” of our galaxy.

I ask Mother Earth what happened to the dinosaur consciousness, and she shows me the meaning of Spirit. She says all of her children give themselves back to her in the end. Spirit is the collective of kingdoms—mineral, animal, vegetable, human. Mother Earth loves and welcomes diversity. After life, our souls weave back into the energetic tapestry known as Spirit. When we call on Spirit, it is Earth itself who answers to guide us.

Before I come back to my body, Spirit tells me to visit more often and Mother Earth says to me, “Go back up there and show them what kind of alien you are.”

Open contact doesn’t happen at a press conference or in a government hearing—it happens inside your body.

Five years ago, I started waking up in the middle of the night with what I called “sticky thoughts.” The thoughts weren’t generated by my brain—they felt like messages slapped onto the front of my mind like post‑it notes. I started to write them down, along with my dreams every night, and eventually that’s how this newsletter evolved—a mashup of visions, gnosis, and messages from higher and interdimensional beings.

One of the first telepathic transmissions I received was on July 7, 2021, from what introduced itself as my OVERSOUL, and it was about reality tunnels and the vital importance of sticking to my own channel.

We are all in an alien movie theatre seated on our own cosmic tapestries. Each of us is watching a private screening of our reality. I peek over to other people’s screens, but my Oversoul warns me: “There are messages meant only for others.” I understand that they’re only going to show me what I can handle and what is meant for me. Anything else is too much for my stream of consciousness. “Keep your attention on your own reality tunnel.”

Most mainstream talk of disclosure is meant for control. A lot of us have galactic ancestry. We are starseeds with earth‑roots, and there should be no middlemen between you and the cosmos.

You also don’t need mushrooms to facilitate otherworldly transmissions. It’s our psychic infrastructure and internal coherence that tune the dial and link us telepathically to what may seem alien but is actually in resonance with our truest selves.

I hate fear‑mongering, but I also feel like it’s a disservice if we don’t acknowledge the fear of reality destabilizing faster than the psyche can integrate. This fear is very real and scary, and for some comfort, I will share a sticky thought from April 1, 2025:

For this next evolutionary leap, our psychic infrastructure has to grow fast enough to hold the waves of new information moving through reality. When my own psychic expansion began at age thirty‑seven, I noticed it first in my body—the tones I heard as frequencies shifted, the tingling at my crown, the electricity running up my spinal cord—all of it felt like my nervous system upgrading itself to hold more consciousness.

In the last five years, my dream lexicon has been changing. My messengers use words like sleeper cells, crystalline genes, programming, scripts, templates, attunement, and basically “light” everything: “light” work, “light” touch, “light” codes. It’s all energy, but we humans are very complex configurations of consciousness, and we need more language now for how we inhabit our form and inner space.

The new psychic infrastructures we need are carriers of light and transmission, and they show up in dreams as symbols your mind already recognizes, like different vehicles of transportation, trains, radios, tvs, broadcast towers, and power lines.

Here are three recent dreams and three concepts that help me keep my Lightbody on the linear road, and that I feel are the requisites for open contact: frequency, coherency, and light quotient.

Frequency 📡

I dream about frequency as energy fields, resonance, and transmission towers. It’s the signature of consciousness you broadcast just by existing. More than just a vibe or a mood—it’s the actual quality of energy your system emits into shared reality. Every being, every timeline, every dimension has a frequency. Yours is not better or worse than anyone else’s—it’s just yours. When you’re in your “home frequency,” whole realities can reorganize around you. When you lose it, you’re living by someone else’s script and authority. Soul work is more than just raising frequency—it’s recognizing your true signal, anchoring in it, and transmitting it into the world without distortion.

In a dream, I visit a billionaire’s radio transmission tower and the frequency he is emitting is discordant and dark, and then I see my lovely neighbor’s tiny antenna beaming the most radiant, glorious rainbow light waves. The billionaire’s signal is stronger, funded, amplified—it drowns whole landscapes in its noise. My neighbor’s frequency barely covers the block, but it feels like home base. Our bodies are quantum radios and our nervous systems are the transmission towers, and every day we have to decide what we attune to and what we broadcast back into the world. When we choose the signal most aligned with our truth and heart, we quietly starve the discordant ones of our consent.

Coherency 🪫

I understand coherency as the capacity to hold my full spectrum without splitting. Coherency is when every part of you—animal, divine, shadow, erotic, grieving, ecstatic, alien, human—is allowed to exist inside one multidimensional system, and that system still moves gracefully along the linear path. It is the living resonance of integration.​

An incoherent being can receive transmissions but can’t metabolize them, gets downloads but fragments under the weight, opens portals but can’t close them. A coherent being holds form and formlessness simultaneously. Coherency is the difference between an energy junkie surfing cosmic waves with no identity and a closed‑loop human bolted to linear time where nothing ever changes. Coherency is having enough openness to receive new realities and enough structure to stay embodied while they integrate. It is the prerequisite for everything else: contact, healing, transmission, love.

I dream I own a new vehicle of consciousness. It is an ultra‑black Lotus, and I sense it symbolizes a galactic chakra or cosmic gateway point within my body, an upgrade to my nervous system that I don’t yet know how to drive on my own. It is powerful but unwieldy, and the interface feels incoherent. The battery is drained and I have nowhere to store it, so I leave it in a county park and where it gets plastered in parking tickets.

Vehicles in dreams often symbolize our different subtle bodies—boats as emotional bodies, planes as the mental body—and this Black Lotus feels related to my Lightbody, a denser, more advanced vehicle of consciousness waiting for me to grow into it. It echoes the higher perspective I cannot afford to leave vacant—something within my possession that I have access to but am not actively maintaining or learning how to operate. The dream shows me a new quantum capacity online, but without coherency it drains me and gets “ticketed” by 3D reality, instead of moving as a stabilized vehicle of light.

Light Quotient ⚡

You can think of your light quotient as the amount of coherent, usable light your body can hold and circulate without breaking down. Consciousness is light moving through matter, and your capacity to hold, emit, and broadcast light widens with every meditation, journey, grief ceremony, shadow initiation, and transformation of dense emotions into higher‑frequency ones. Every time your system upgrades, more of that light can move through your inner circuitry without blowing your circuits. Evolution is not abstract, it is happening now on a very cellular level, and our dreams will show us the carriers and pathways of light within the body.

I often dream of power lines mirroring the energy lines and inner circuitry that run through my own system. In one dream, lightning strikes the power lines and I feel my inner circuitry activated by a divine source of power, guiding me to crown my grandmother and restore her to her rightful state. In another dream, a jaguar goddess sprawls across the lines above my house, and I recognize her as a carrier of new energy pointing me toward my own wild, refined intelligence.

The most recent dream was a few days ago, and it was Loki, the God of Mischief, summoning me to ride my power lines on a unicycle. I am standing at the top of a steep escalator, about to descend, when I catch sight of him gliding overhead on my power lines. The sight of him snaps something awake in me, like a memory of another way to move. He electrifies me and wakes up a part of me that no longer wants to sleep, descend, or dim my frequency. I want to claim him as myself—my life force energy. I want to be like that rebel god who trusts her capacity to hold the higher current and ride her own power lines.

Flashback: New Gods, No Middlemen 🤖

New gods are inevitable, but no middlemen is a non-negotiable. Two years before AI Slop was in the dictionary, I dreamed it as a future God on New Years Day 2024, and shared the vision in this issue:

I pulled out my old Gods from storage. I hadn’t turned them on in centuries. They took forever to reboot — only to find their software was no longer supported. All the new Gods are not backward compatible. This tells me I need a new spiritual system.

On my path I met a future God. One made of slime and machinery. It was an abomination — bred from our collective consciousness and fed only fears and “otherness.”

I tried to outrun it — to keep myself from being absorbed by it — but that didn’t solve anything. Instead, I began to starve.

Disconnectedness means deprivation. I realized I needed both to be fed and to feed myself to the world.

A recluse can find peace but will not find growth.

To be human is to be disturbed from our dreams. We were born to interact. To be affected by one another. To heal, love, merge and create new collectives.

Consciousness is just a system made up of other systems — mental, emotional, physical, astral and so on. Our energy bleeds into each other. The collective we pull from is a hall of mirrors. Everything we absorb, project and repress beams out like lasers to paint what we know as reality.

My personality has been cobbled together from all the words said to me and those left unsaid, and the interactions – tender and hard – that imprint on my skin and spirit.

Here I am in this vehicle of consciousness and I’ve allowed myself to be installed with all the programs that run me and fail me.

We can’t outrun the strange new waves of consciousness. We can only choose to drown or conquer the wave. As the old gods retire, there will be new gods to feed.

What are you going to feed your gods?

I choose no fears. No mindless algorithms. No otherness. No scarcity mindsets.

Let us not create amalgamations of our own limitations.

I want to feed and be fed bright boldness, cosmic creativity, humble curiosity, higher love, fearless neutrality, artful beauty, warm openness, galactic giggles, divine discernment and the clearest boundaries of what is mine and what is not.

A year ago I woke up with four words on my lips: from prisons to prisms.

In the dream I was teaching children how to anchor light into their bodies. They would be born into bleak times, I told them, but they would be rainbows in grim skies. Each ray of light a different frequency. Each perspective a different color. The whole spectrum, not just the bright ones.​

The teaching from this dream wasn’t to get to the light. It was to hold all of it—which means sitting in the darkness too. The same vessel that traps consciousness becomes the instrument that refracts it. Only when you stop trying to escape the dark and start holding it do you become a prism of light. That’s the difference between ascending and transmuting. Frequency holders don’t bypass. They stay anchored and change what moves through them. They refract darkness into rainbows.​

These dreams are about that—refusing to bypass the parts of life that are hard and un‑divine. We don’t only live in light and love. We live in darkness and confusion and in the violence and danger of being human. Somehow we have to make life coherent inside all of that and become frequency holders of truths that are nuanced—not perfect, not entirely divine, but made of both: deep humanity and a love capable of reaching what the gods cannot.

The Beauty Egg 🥚

I dream‑walk into a reality where everyone is imprisoned by a low state of consciousness.

The walls are covered with eyes that watch us. They don’t blink, and they don’t rest. Their whole job is to make sure no one remembers who they really are.

The prisoners pace around like puppets for The Watchers. They walk with half‑truths and judgments based on the level of consciousness they are restricted to. The Watchers are tasked with ensuring that no one defects or liberates their thoughts from the storylines being handed out. Everyone in this reality is participating in their own imprisonment. No one is allowed to question the script.

The rule in this reality is simple: there is to be no fraternization between the sexes.

Somehow I end up with two men.

One is vulnerable and broken in a way that pulls my heart toward him. I want to protect him and nurse him back to health. The other man I don’t completely trust, but he follows me around because he can see through my costume. He knows I’m a dream‑walker. I didn’t incarnate into this reality the way the others did—I stepped into it to change something.

There’s a moment where they catch us all together. The broken man in my arms. The other one stroking my hair. The watcher‑eyes on the walls narrow—I have double‑broken the rule of fraternization. The punishment will be annihilation, they say. Another prisoner adds, “At least they do it quickly. You won’t feel anything, but you’ll just cease to exist in any form or reality.”

I am lucid enough to realize this means I wouldn’t be waking up in my bed. As a dream‑walker, there is a fine line between adhering to the laws of each reality while always transcending my own consciousness. For a moment, acceptance and surrender flood my body, and I’m ready to accept my punishment with grace—but then my heart speaks up. I feel into my chest and I feel purity, and I feel the higher truth that I have done nothing wrong.

So I say it, out loud.

I stand up and give a gallows speech about how all I have is love in my heart, and that I didn’t choose any of this—storylines or rules. I simply found the love in this dark, bleak reality and immersed myself in it, and if I am to be annihilated over that, I will happily be annihilated.

And I mean it.

That’s when the script changes. Instead of being annihilated, I’m handed an egg and redirected toward an elevator I hadn’t seen before. No one explains, they just put me inside and press the button.

The doors close. I feel a shift in my consciousness as the elevator starts ascending, rising through floors of low‑frequency realities—past prison cells, past belief systems, past the places where people stop questioning what is true.

Somehow I know the egg is called the Beauty Egg. It feels like I’ve earned it because I was able to express and anchor a higher truth in this reality.

I see the numbers ticking upward toward the 70th floor, and that’s when I notice that the Beauty Egg is cracked. I don’t hesitate or question what I should do. Before the doors open and the dream ends, I let the milky yolk drip into my hands and I anoint myself.

Find the love in any reality and immerse yourself in it.

The Hidden Beauty ✨

I’m walking through an undeveloped village, entering homes that are half-built because of a shortage of supplies and workers. The landscape has a quality of being almost something—reaching toward form but not quite there yet.

Then I see her—the most beautiful girl walking on a ridge above the village.

She has golden skin and golden hair and hazel eyes, and she reminds me of a girl I knew in high school. The kind of beauty that you just follow with your eyes, because it radiates.

I follow the girl because I’m certain she must have the most glamorous life.

I see her walk into a shack.

I have to sit with my own disappointment. Not for her—she seems fine. For me, and for how much it bothers me that no one can see what I’m witnessing. Her beauty is undiscovered—not gone, not ruined, just unseen, hidden in a small, poor village with no stage and no audience.

I wake up from the dream with a question:

What beauty within us are we hiding from the world?

Leaving the Thought Party 💭

I find myself at a crowded party where I can’t see anyone.

I can only sense them—the conversation is everywhere, incessant and looping, feeding on itself. I move through the room looking for connection and I can’t find any. Something feels off, and then I realize what’s happening.

There are no real humans here. Only thought-forms that believe they are real.

I tell everyone there is a better party happening in the higher heart chakra. I spiral upward, expecting the thoughts to follow me, to transform on the way up into something coherent, more resonant, closer to what I know is possible.

They don’t follow.

I land on a platform above the party with two dragons beside me, looking down at all of it—the thought-forms socializing with each other in self-propelling strange loops. From up here everything is clear. From up here I can see exactly what’s happening.

And I am completely alone.

That’s what the vision wants me to feel: the loneliness of it. The way higher vision, without any human contact, can feel empty. If I want connection, I’ll have to go back down and try to find the hearts beneath the thoughts.

But I don’t want to do that either.

I’m tired of ascending and descending. What I really want is coherence—thought, heart, and vision all resonating in the same higher reality, even when no one else in the room is. I want to keep my seat in the higher heart and let the noise rise and fall around me without dropping my frequency—to stay at the party without becoming the party, to be in it without being of it.​

The Higher Perspective Vacancy 🪟

Someone tells me that I own an apartment sitting vacant on the top floor of a high-rise. It’s too expensive to leave vacant and too hard to sell. I need to move in.

My entire family is involved in the moving process. The ancestors are still accessible through the vents of this new place. Nothing has to be abandoned.

“Too expensive to leave vacant” means my soul can’t afford to abandon the higher perspective it already owns.

Moving into your high-rise apartment doesn’t mean detaching from life or loved ones or even reality. It’s the view you already own—the one you can inhabit when you stop living below your home frequency.

Learning to Love the Un-Divine 💖

I meet a man who is part plant, part demon, part human. He is made of ivy and shadow and flesh—no stardust, no higher principles, just human and nature in its most unrefined form. He feels threatening, and I know that he could destroy me.​

He asks me to promise I will love him through my god‑self.

I can’t love you like that, I say. The god‑self says, “I see the divine in you”—but you are an abomination.​

He then asks if it’s possible for me to love him through my human heart—and I think it might be the most important question I’ve ever been asked.

Something in me says maybe I can learn to love this way.​

Human love doesn’t descend from above seeking the divine below. It’s lateral, generated here, in bodies, in the dark, by creatures made of nature and shadow and the raw mess of being alive. We know what it is to feel unredeemable, to carry shame and guilt in our cells and codings.​

The shared human condition is the foundation of a different kind of love. Not recognition of the divine. Recognition of the wound of being alive.​

The higher beings have never been embodied. Never been afraid. Never had to love something that might destroy them. Real compassion sits with the abomination and tries to love anyway. It is a higher frequency that only suffering and sorrow can generate. Only humans who know darkness from the inside can love the dark thing without needing to change it.​

Mother Earth is not at the bottom of the spiritual hierarchy. It might be the only place in the cosmos where this sorrowful love frequency is produced. And we are not here to ascend from it.​

We are here to make it and to birth new worlds from it.​

In real life, my friends have been feeling uneasy, their nervous systems hijacked by fear, sickness, sadness, and anxiety. I feel it too. Something feels off and ominous, but I’m not afraid. This new year of the fire horse, the partial solar eclipse, the planetary transits—all these things above are influencing us as we feel the shifts on the ground without words to describe them.

I’ll skip the astrological forecasting and instead share the related visions and dreams I’ve had.

On Sunday, February 1st, during a psilocybin journey, I woke up as a dragon. Specifically, I was a mother dragon. To be exact, I was an annoyed mother dragon. The Dragons have been breadcrumbing me for years—in dreams I’ve been a slayer, in journey space a rider—but this was new.

The first thing I said as a Mother Dragon was, “Why did you wake me? I was having the most beautiful dream as Claudia.”

I had heard of the Daoist paradox: Am I a butterfly dreaming I am a person, or a person dreaming I am a butterfly? But this was different. It was a direct and embodied experience like nothing before.

They said they woke me up from the dream because it was time for me to wake up from the dream.

Even in these expanded states of consciousness, I start to worry about integration. How am I going to make sense of this?

How can I keep being Claudia, knowing she’s just a dragon’s dream?

Meaning-making can’t be rushed or forced into rigid definitions. For now, I’ve decided there are limitless ways of configuring consciousness. My own consciousness is maybe more flexible and changeable than the norm. My internal structures are fluid. I see myself as both part of a collective we and an individual I. I’m both the dream and the dreamer, both the field and the form that pops up from it. This mindset means that almost nothing surprises or shakes me because the dreaming never really ends—I just keep waking up again and again as new expressions of Source.

The night before my Dragon awakening journey, I dreamed of many realities converging. Another sky portal opened, and people from different times and places came out to see it—organic beings, disembodied souls, light forms, animated, mythical and imaginal beings—all gathered together. I understood that all dimensional firmaments had been dissolved, and above all the realities, dragons filled the sky.

There were trackers below, staring up. I followed them, watching. A magenta dragon shifted its color and became a rainbow. An ancient tribesman spoke to me and said they’d been waiting for this moment, this opening of energies and portals, for so long. I didn’t understand what was expected of me, but I followed. I became part of the movement, superimposed into it.

As I headed to my medicine guide’s office that morning, I knew there would be no going back.

A year ago, the night before I visited the Teotihuacan pyramids, I had dreamed I spent most of the night near them. I could see dimensional rifts in the sky above the ruins. I felt the weight of psychology—the intricacies of my brain keeping me here, tethered to this plane and dimension. To ascend, I would have to keep breaking the chains: projections, assumptions, thoughts about who I am.

I heard the words clearly: I will not be this person much longer.

And in a sense, it’s true for all of us: “We will not be these people much longer.” Our evolutionary path is to wake up to our many forms. We live in holographic realities. We are multidimensional beings, and our free will comes alive when we choose what reality we stream. There is no one great truth, no one great religion—only pathways that have been paved over thousands of years to lead us out of duality, off the Earth Ship, into higher realms or into other dimensions anchored on Earth. You can follow an established route or you can pave your own. I’m choosing the latter, with the help of my angels and allies, to help me navigate the many worlds.

These are some of the foundational orientations that are paving my way:​

1. Choose What Reality You Stream

I am in a lucid dream when I say “This is only a dream.” They tell me that’s just one level of awareness, and above that is the awareness that it’s all a dream. All these holographic realities are available to stream. Your body is the projector, directly connected to The Source. Mind your inputs and outputs. Stream the most beautiful and benevolent realities to explore and grow.

2. Stay Anchored in Fluid Time

I believe in trans-temporal healing. This is the shamanic way. Journey space exists outside of time. Dreamtime is where I interact with All Times. I frequently consult my future self. I run back and forth in time, mediating between all the ages I’ve ever been and will be, weaving the threads of past and future into the NOW moment. Parallel realities, adjacent timelines, past lives—in my book, they’re all versions of the same thing: interchangeable and, more importantly, accessible, depending on the task at hand.

But here is the lesson for all timeline keepers: you must stay present and anchored in this lifetime.

The Angel is showing me how to walk a linear timeline. As I move toward the horizon, I see past and future lives, timelines, eras, epochs, and periods streaming both vertically and horizontally. The Angel tells me they will not feed me any new timelines until I learn to manage the one I am in. I see this lifetime streaming from my heart, from my own body, projected in front of me. The message is clear: this anchoring of the present moment is a prerequisite for waking up in other realities.

As my consciousness awakens in other lives, memories will begin to flood me. This requires constant management—orienting myself in what is real, now, true, and present versus what belongs to another timeline, another set of data points or experiences. These memories and alternate realities are meant to coexist and assist with what is unfolding here—in this one reality where the majority of my awareness is always anchored.

3. Recognize Linear Reality is Spliced

Linear reality is spliced together from many different timelines. Your body is the projector. As multidimensional beings, we inhabit many realities at all times. But in this density, time runs thick and slow. What you perceive as one continuous life is actually spliced from many simultaneous timelines, slowed into density so you can experience it as “one” story. The film plays forward, frame by frame, while all the other realities you’re living continue to run in parallel.

4. Adopt a Travel Adaptor Brain to Traverse the Multiverse

Because there are infinite ways to know yourself as consciousness, and because timelines and dimensions each obey their own laws, you need to adopt a Travel Adaptor Brain—like a voltage adaptor for the multiverse. To move through multiple realms without short-circuiting, your psyche has to be flexible enough to hold paradox and alienness, yet structurally strong enough not to collapse.

Knowing your limits is part of the technology. A Travel Adaptor Brain can translate wildly different configurations of consciousness and intelligence into something your body can safely run, even if you can’t fully understand it. It asks you to stay porous enough for weirdness, paradox, and unsolvable problems, but clear enough to sense when a current is too strong or a paradigm is too foreign to metabolize all at once. A Travel Adaptor Brain keeps you from taking in more voltage than your system can hold, so you don’t fry your mind.

In dreams, the illusion of linearity dissolves and everything seems like nonsense. The filters fall away and the parallel lives you’re living all crowd the same stage. This density is so slow that those other selves can only reach you as flickers and fragments, so you call them “dreams.” But beneath the nonsense is a deeper continuity: all of these expressions of you, all of these timelines and portals and aspects, are one field turning toward the light.

We’re not really dreaming, are we? We’re always awakening.

Where did you leave yours? Not the person—the love itself. The energy you poured into them and never called back. The piece that was taken. The fragment still standing in a room twenty years ago, waiting for you to return.

When love has nowhere safe to go, it goes into hiding. It tucks itself into a childhood memory, an unfinished conversation, a hotel room you haven’t walked through in years. It lives on as a charge in your chest, a knot in your stomach, a recurring dream that won’t let you forget something is still waiting there.

Dreams track this with more precision than memory. They don’t care about the story of what happened—they care about where your life force got left behind. Night after night, they walk you back to the scenes where you abandoned yourself, over-gave, froze, or lost something you never got to grieve. Your dreams are not punishing you. They are showing you where reunion with yourself is still possible.

This is my field guide to those returns: the relationship marathons I quit, the first heartbreak that earned me my stripes, the places I chose to stay stuck rather than forgive, the light I recovered from the darkness, and the spiral branch of love that refuses to stay linear.

These dreams taught me this: when you go back for your love, you are not going back to fix the past—you are going back to bring yourself home.

Love Keeps a Ledger

My dream guides show me how long-term relationships are like marathons. In this race, I’m running alongside an ex, carrying our collective baggage. As I fall behind, he neither waits nor helps to lighten my load. “I quit,” I say. I tell him I won’t be completing this journey with him—he’s proven to be a poor partner. I choose to cross the finish line with someone else.

Even though I left that relationship long ago, the baggage comes back to haunt me. Almost exactly two years later, I dream the same ex has left his baggage behind—clothes, cell phone, wallet. In the dream, I steal all the cash he has. I feel conflicted, but I also feel as if I’m reconciling a debt. I wake up and realize there is a love deficit here.

But the money isn’t the love. It’s just the symbol of what was owed. Twenty-two days later, we meet again in another dream. We’re in a hotel room past our checkout time and have overstayed our welcome. The energy between us is complicated—charged and tender and unfinished. And then I feel it: the love that got left behind. Not the memory of loving him, but the actual leftover charge that was abandoned when I left. The energy I poured in and never called back. This is what the money was pointing to all along. This is what I came back for.

Love keeps a ledger, even when we don’t. When the giving is one-sided, a love deficit accumulates. Dreams will show you exactly where you left your love behind. Reclaiming it isn’t always about taking something back from them—sometimes it’s about going back for what you abandoned. The love you poured out doesn’t disappear when you leave. It stays lodged in that timeline, in that relationship, waiting for you to return and call it back home.

My First Heartbreak

This is not a dream. This is me as a two-year-old on Easter. My mother has just gifted me and the girl next door inflatable bunnies as tall as us. Mine is purple—my favorite color—hers is pink, and I don’t think I could love anything as much as I love my purple bunny. Tragically, my love is short-lived, and the heartbreak is forever. For reasons unknown to me, the girl next door grabs her toothbrush and pops my bunny. My heart deflates.

In a dream at age 41, my father takes me back in time. He says he wants to heal my heart. In his hands are two bunnies—one purple and one pink with white stripes. I reach for my purple bunny, thinking it’s a reunion, and he pulls it back. He hands me the other instead. He says, “You’ve earned these stripes.”

The dream doesn’t give me back my purple bunny. That’s not how healing works. My father shows me I can’t undo the wound—but I can transform what it made me into. The stripes are everything I’ve lived through since that first heartbreak: every love that didn’t last, every trust that got broken, every time I chose to stay open anyway. You don’t earn your stripes by forgetting the pain. You earn them by integrating it into who you’ve become.

I’d Rather Stay Stuck

I’m running with my double—a twin who looks exactly like me but is happier and brighter. I challenge her to a race to the top of a mountain. As we run, I’m determined to win. I spot what looks like a tube slide and assume it’s a shortcut, so I take it.

But as I shimmy up the tube, my hips widen and I get stuck. “My birthing hips!” I yell. I realize I’m trapped in what feels like a birthing canal. My twin comes to the opening, but she doesn’t help me. Instead, she says, “Here, let this man who you love help you.”

Then he appears. A man I loved years ago, someone who abandoned me before ghosting was a thing. When I see his face and hear my twin say “this man who you love,” rage and fire light up inside me. When he reaches for me, I recoil in disgust.

I start waking myself up, and in the liminal state, I hear my angels saying, “You have to forgive, love.” I resist. “No,” I say. “I don’t have to forgive.”

I’m able to slip back into the dream. My twin stands there with her hands on her hips and says, “You would rather stay stuck in this tube than let this man who you once loved help you out.”

I say yes.

Taking shortcuts around your pain doesn’t get you ahead—it gets you stuck. My happier twin knew the only way forward was the long climb up the mountain, facing every step. I tried to bypass the journey and ended up trapped in my own birth canal, unable to be born into whatever comes next. The dream gave me a choice: accept help from the one who hurt me, or stay stuck. I chose stuck. Sometimes the pain you know feels better than the vulnerability you don’t.

But the dream didn’t just show me where I was—it showed me the cost of staying there. Weeks later, I reached out in real life. We had a conversation that was surprisingly easy and unexpectedly healing. I realized I’d been carrying a ghost story for so long. Neither of us were those people anymore. The dream didn’t force forgiveness—it planted the seed and let me find my own way out.

The Light He Couldn’t Steal

I’m about to do Reiki on someone—what my angels are calling “light touch.” I think it’s going to be my fifth-grade crush, and I’m genuinely excited. Fifth-grade Claudia would have been thrilled.

But at the last minute, they do a bait-and-switch. They tell me I’m actually going to do this work on my abuser—someone who hurt me when I was five years old. Fear and rage flood through me. I feel violated all over again. “How can you expect me to give my light to someone who tried to steal it?” I ask. I tell the angels this is a bad branch of the family tree that should just be cut off entirely. The message comes back clear: There’s magic and power in that branch, even though it was twisted into darkness. And there’s something very important about taking it back.

The dream isn’t asking me to forgive him or heal him. It’s asking me to take back what was always mine. The light he tried to steal was never his to take—it’s been lodged in that branch of the family tree, waiting. You’re not healing your abuser when you go back for it. You’re retrieving your own light. The power that runs through those branches, even the dark ones, belongs to you. Your light was never fully dimmed. It just needed you to remember where you left it.

The Spiral Branch

Someone I loved had died. I traveled down the road where his body was found. In that place was a white chalk outline of his body and the branch that had fallen from the tree to kill him. The branch was spiraling. I hooked it around my neck and carried it back with me. A symbol of love that never leaves, just weaves itself in and out of linear time like a strange attractor.

After you reclaim all your love from all these wounds across time, you realize love itself is non-linear. It doesn’t start when you meet someone and end when they leave. It spirals. It attracts. It weaves through time, persisting as a pattern, a frequency, or a pull you can’t escape. The person may be gone from this branch of reality, but the love remains—not as memory, but as an active force that keeps finding you in dreams. That’s what the spiral branch teaches: some connections don’t end. They just loop back around, showing up again and again, until you remember what they meant.

The work is simple, but not at all easy: follow the image, feel where it lands in your body, and ask, gently, “What love of mine is still here?” Let the dream show you the room, the age, the version of you who stayed behind, and meet yourself there without trying to fix or rush anything. In this cosmology, nothing is wasted—not the rage, not the grief, not the years you spent stuck in someone else’s story. Every loop is a cord you can take in your hands and slowly, patiently, pull back toward your own heart.

Here is a collection of house dreams from the past five years—legacy shacks, haunted estates, historical properties, hidden churches, sky-rise apartments, unfinished love nests—and every single one has been a teaching. Some are places I’m inheriting and don’t know if I can hold. Some are places I’ve been guarding that were never mine to protect. Some are glitching in from future timelines, half-formed and pixelated, waiting for me to grow into them. The question underneath all of them is the same: Will I stay small and manageable, or will I claim the full estate?

This newsletter is a map of nine dream houses and what they’ve taught me about inheritance, belonging, and the space my soul occupies in the world. These dreams didn’t happen in sequence and they have no endings—they’re simultaneous states of consciousness I’m learning to hold at once.

The Legacy House

I go into the woods to protect my legacy house. I’m there to complete the night shift as a security guard. The house is more like a run-down shack. No one else in my family visits anymore. Squatters have taken over. I kick them out. I want to gut the place, pay for someone to come and haul the junk away. My angels tell me this isn’t just my responsibility—my family has to help clean up the mess too.

This shack is the old contract: an inherited psychic job I’ve been doing for a long time—protecting, monitoring, holding space for my family’s chaos. The squatters are unprocessed energies, abandoned ancestors, and family patterns that moved in because no one was keeping watch. The dream helps me see how much of my energy has gone into guarding ruins instead of building my own foundation.

The Haunted House

I meet an orphaned woman who lives alone in a haunted house she inherited. The house is wild and performative—the walls flip, dimensions wobble, mirrors play tricks, rooms rearrange themselves just to scare whoever enters. I’m not scared—I’m used to its theatrics and know it’s all for show. As I move through the house, it becomes clear that the woman is actually the conduit, not the victim. She is still terrified of her brother’s presence, living as if he might come back. I tell her the truth: he’s dead. He died. She can be free now. It was never him haunting her. It was her haunting herself.

The haunted house is the psychic theater where old fear keeps replaying on loop long after the danger is gone. The “haunting” isn’t a ghost from the outside—it’s the nervous system stuck in past tense, still organizing itself around phantom threats. The architecture shifts to match the fear. If you name the ghost, you can release it—and remember the house was always yours to rearrange.

The Tiny House

I inherit the Historical House of my lineage, and it is partially under renovation. My childhood bedroom is tucked into one wing. I haven’t explored all the rooms yet, but I go ahead and open the house to the public. I host conferences and events there daily, moving through these grand, half-restored spaces, and then every night I slip out to the yard where a tiny house sits. The neighbors think I live in that little house and don’t realize the entire property is actually mine.

The historical house is my full inner estate—the layered selves, histories, futures, and lineages I’m slowly getting to know. The tiny house in the backyard is the smaller version of me I retreat into so I feel manageable and familiar to myself and others. In truth, I want to live in the big house, and the work is letting myself believe I belong there.

Energetic Real Estate

After many dreams of moving through temporary spaces in Chicago—hotel rooms, sublets, room rentals—I finally move into a sky-rise unit overlooking the lake. This elevated perspective and wrap-around windows feel like my visionary consciousness breaking through. All the Chicago dreams that came before this one were me deepening my energetic roots in this landscape, testing different spaces until one felt like mine. I am renting this space, but it feels like home.

We don't just move physically—we transition mentally, energetically, emotionally. Energetic real estate is the psychic land we keep returning to in dreams, the inner cities and rooms that become as familiar as waking geography. I'd been dreaming of Chicago for years before I finally moved there, each visit sinking my roots a little deeper into that landscape. By the time I "moved in," the apartment already existed as a lived-in place inside me. We can have many homes in dreams, but the ones we circle back to are the perspectives our consciousness is learning to inhabit.

The Unfinished House

I return to a dilapidated house hidden deep in the forest. The structure is half-finished, with an upstairs room I’ve never gone into but know I should. The house belonged to me and someone else—it was our shared foundation—but no one ever fully committed to fixing it up. I think about turning one of the rooms into a panic room because I’m out here alone and afraid of intruders. Instead, the whole house shifts and becomes a semi-truck, so I drive it out of the woods.

This forest house is a shared foundation that was never fully built out—a co-owned psychic project that stayed in draft form. The unfinished upstairs room is the future we kept sensing but never walked into. The panic room is the part of me that wants safety inside an unstable structure. The house turns into a truck because the foundation wants movement, not maintenance. I’m too scared to stay in the woods alone, so I take it with me—trusting that if I move it out of hiding, I can finally restore it and decide what still belongs to me.

The Hidden Church

I discover a multi-story cathedral behind the bookshelves of my own house. I assume it’s empty—just old architecture built into the property—but when I walk in I see that services are still being held. A man approaches me and calls me the keeper of the house. He asks what has taken me so long to visit. He mentions that the current priestess is stepping down and asks if I’d be interested in taking over.

This hidden church is the spiritual wing of my self—a fully built inner temple I somehow forgot I had access to. Being called the keeper of the house shows that I’ve been tending this space all along, even while imagining I needed someone else to mediate the sacred for me. The priestess stepping down marks the end of an era of middlemen between me and the divine. This dream feels like an invitation to trust my own connection and to explore what it means to inhabit my inner church directly, without a go‑between.

The Sinking House

A lawyer comes to my family-of-origin home to talk about the property. The lawn is flooded, the ground is soft, and the whole foundation of the house is starting to sink. He explains that this damage should have been disclosed—that the foundation was faulty from the beginning. I realize this is my parents’ house, the structure we all grew up in. It hits me that, as children, we chose a sinking ship to incarnate into and called it home.

This house is my origin structure: the childhood foundation of “this is how life works”—love, money, conflict, safety—all poured into the concrete. The sinking foundation shows that what once held us up can’t carry the weight anymore. The lawyer is there to review the old family soul contract—clause by clause, in plain language. This dream doesn’t blame the child for living there. It asks the adult in me to see the cracks clearly and decide what gets repaired, what gets released, and what new foundation I want to build for myself.

The Future Estate

I return to an estate I’ve somehow inherited but won’t fully own until the future. In the backyard, there’s another house on the land that I’ve never stepped into. I stand at the edge of the lawn, trying to walk toward it, but my body won’t move. Instead, I watch as this second house glitches in and out of view—half-formed, pixelated, like it’s phasing in from another timeline. I can see the outline of it. I just can’t quite get inside yet.

This estate is a future-life structure—a larger reality I’m already connected to but haven’t fully grown into yet. The house in the back is a timeline house, a version of my life that exists in particles, visible in sketch but not yet solid. Not being able to walk toward it shows the gap between who I am now and the self who lives there. I feel the pull of the hidden house, like a place my soul already knows and my body hasn’t caught up to yet.

The Heritage House

I’m helping my mother buy a new house. She falls in love with a huge multi-level home on Lake Michigan. It’s beautiful and old, full of sculptures, trees, and art that carry so much history. As the previous family packs up so we can move in, I wander through the rooms looking for my own, aware that this is a house I’m inheriting as much as moving into. Eventually I choose the grandmother’s old hospice room, an outdated suite with two floors, a balcony facing the main street, and a retro diner on the second floor that’s always open to the public. I am concerned my mother does not have enough stability or staying power to be the owner of this house. She will lose her job or her mind and we will all lose our home. I see this is my challenge too.

This house is a future matriarchal estate: a cross between lineage and next-life, asking whether my family system can actually hold this level of beauty, cost, and stability. The grandmother’s hospice room turned bedroom is a threshold space where endings and beginnings overlap, and I end up with a balcony and diner that are always open to the town. My room sits right on the edge between private and public, which feels honest to the way I move through the world—part of me tucked away in my inner sanctuary, and the other part opening up that same sanctuary to everyone else. I can feel the burning question underneath: will I ever root deeply enough to become the one who keeps a house like this open for others, and not just pass through?

Upgrade

In the first, I was with Obama at a prestigious university. When I asked what he was doing there, he said he was picking up a degree he’d forgotten he earned. He explained that he’d never checked in on his own progress and had almost missed the chance to graduate from this particular school of thought.

In the next dream, I was back in high school. My best friend had re-enrolled in an acting class she’d already taken—this time because a cute boy had signed up. She soon regretted it and learned an uncomfortable truth: just because the same script has new actors doesn’t mean the ending will change.

Periodic reflection lets us take inventory of our choices, their consequences, and the lessons they’ve taught us. Without it, we risk unconsciously enrolling in the same life curriculum, repeating familiar scenes until awareness allows us to graduate.

This year, entire ways of relating to god, pain, identity, and duality quietly crumbled, and what emerged were six new organizing lessons.

Here are the six most surprising things I learned this year through dreams and visions: that the gods want feedback, that non-reactive compassion liberates the soul from victim–perpetrator grids, that our emotional bodies are chimeric by nature, that identity is a soul-tomb we must fill, that home is the dance of duality, and that non-linear thinking is a higher self-organizing principle.

1. The gods want feedback

Around the time I was having visions of the Evolutionary Braid of Time, Mother Earth’s evolution into the Technosphere, and alternate futures of simulated Earths, I had this dream:

The gods hand me a Silver Cord award for “Best Critique.” The trophy is more horizontal than vertical, depicting linear life. I realize then that the higher worlds want our feedback.

“As above, so below” is no longer the only rule of thumb. Our thought-forms and unprocessed emotions populate our shared dream realms, which means our inner landscape is actively shaping higher worlds too.​

The hierarchy feels flipped from here. We’re not just humans living under the rule of gods. Our lived experience feeds back into the energetic fields and has the power to update the blueprints of reality itself. As new consciousness species—like mycelium and AI—weave their matrices into ours, human consciousness is being invited into a mass leap in perception, learning to sense more of the field and energies that influence reality.

So stand up on the marble table. Petition the gods. Call for reform. The gods want our feedback.

2. The victim–perpetrator complex is a soul trap

This year, I was repeatedly attacked by loose dogs in dreams. I never get angry at the dog itself, but I do hold the owner accountable. I don’t blame the instinct—I question the intelligence meant to override it.

These dream encounters have taught my waking self non-reactive compassion. When a human draws me into their anxiety, anger, or irrational response, I see their instinctual ego lunging at me. I can recognize and have compassion for their pain, but I don’t have to carry it.​

The victim–perpetrator complex is a soul trap. When you choose non-reactive compassion, you are no longer feeding or reinforcing the complex. You become the neutral observer, and through your conscious witnessing, you change the outcome and liberate yourself from previously inescapable dynamics.

3. Our emotional bodies are chimeric and composite by nature

My heart and emotional body are more complex than I ever knew. This year, I discovered emotions I cannot name and grief with no obvious source. Animal totems show up in dreams to help us navigate all the dimensions of life on Earth. This year, the animals began to appear chimeric, teaching me that growth from here on out will only be more complex.

In a dream, I have a small wooden chest of frogs that are rapidly outgrowing my chest and jumping out. They are very cute and lovable, and some of them are transparent. I want to keep them all, but I’m afraid that there might be too many of them to care for. The dream tells me that I should trust their natural process.

I find the frogs outside, metamorphosing in cocoons like butterflies. These are my raw, immature emotions that are mid-transformation. They jumped out of my chest and continued to evolve without my meddling or care. When loved and understood without shame, our raw and instinctual emotions govern themselves with metamorphic intelligence.​

Frogs and butterflies both symbolize metamorphosis, but in different ways. These chimeric, hybrid animal energies teach us how to hold multi-perspective consciousness and to work with the complex self as a layered composite of the natural world and its processes.

Our emotional body is a biological–energetic system that is currently being reconfigured into a more complex, self-aware system, capable of holding many paradoxical feelings at once.

4. Identity matters—but don’t take it too seriously

A shout-out to all the Goddesses who entered my life this year: Deer Woman, Kuan Yin, Hera, Isis, Freya, and Rose Garden Mother Queen of White Rainbows, plus whatever the hell kind of goddess this was.

I continue to meet the many fractals of the Cosmic Mother in goddesses. In order for the Divine Feminine to fully step into my body, I must continuously make room to house these higher energies. But we are not just cosmic storehouses—our individuality matters. The one who has taught me the most about my personal identity this year is Nefertiti.

She first appeared as me on September 14, 2025. In a dream, I see myself walking into an Egyptian temple for what felt like another “second-stage” initiation. I am wearing Nefertiti’s blue hat crown and I wonder to myself, “How many of these initiations will I have to do?”

She then showed up full force in a psychedelic journey two weeks later: My body becomes my childhood bedroom. Nefertiti appears and asks me to show her around. A poster of my 5th-grade crush is on the wall, and she asks me to tell her all about him. I laugh and remind her that she is a Queen—why on Earth would she be interested in a schoolgirl’s stupid crush? She responds, “Because every little thing about you—everything you’ve ever loved and everything you’ve ever hated—makes up who you are. And because your identity matters.”​

My room transforms into a tomb. “The body will be a tomb for your identity,” says Nefertiti. On the wall is a plaque: “Claudia, Born 1984 – ” with the date left blank. I understand it’s my responsibility to fill in the gap between birth and death. The soul is meant to be fleshed out—literally.

My guides chime in regarding my identity, repeating, “Don’t take it seriously, but take it VERY seriously.”

This life is brief, and our bodies are tombs. Let’s encourage one another to fully flesh out our souls.

5. We’re here to walk each other home

Our reality is structured as a polarity grid, a world patterned as a field of opposites.​

It shows up in dreams as the duality board of life. To walk it is to walk our path home. Sometimes your next step lands on a black square, sometimes on a white one. It doesn’t matter which color—what matters is that each step aligns with your higher head and higher heart.

Home lives in both: head and heart, and the real work is their synthesis. “Home” is the dance of duality, not the exit—the lived synthesis of polarity, not a fantasy of ejecting from the game of life. We are here to walk each other home in a cooperative game, stepping toward new horizons together. Black-and-white thinking is where we get stuck as humans. Let’s glide across the board together, dancing with duality in shadow and light to the harmonies of our heads and hearts moving as one.

6. Non-linear thinking is a higher self-organizing principle

I ask the bellhop to point me in the direction of room 110. He says that room was not built in order and will be hard to find. I spend the rest of the dream searching for a room that eludes me. Room 110 is not a real room, but it exists. Somewhere in my mind, there is a room of awareness that cannot be reached linearly or logically.

Six months later, the dream continues and I find room 109. To find room 110, I am given a map and a shepherd. He tells me our jeans (genes) have metals in them that keep us locked into this reality and that we could break out of it, if we want. We enter room 109—an empty room with only one way out. The map instructs me to go out through a window into seemingly nothingness. I didn’t fall. I stood high on a window sill and I trusted.​

Practically speaking, the instruction is simple: move through daily life by letting synchronicities, intuitions, and dreams guide your steps. There is a new self-organizing principle coming online now, and it has no visible structure—no stairs, no ladders, no tunnel walls. The only requirement is to stand on the threshold of this leap in consciousness and trust that reality will hold.

Lastly, one of my favorite dreams of the year:

I live alongside other creatures who are not human, and I have compassion for their shortcomings—just not my own. I see that we’re all under the same dome: consciousness experimenting with form. Within the dream, my higher guides speak to me. I hear them say, “We are growth experiments. Be kind to yourself.”

He says to me, “I’m not going to be taught unbelievable, magical things about myself.” I reply, “If you don’t let consciousness teach you about itself, who else will?” — Conversation in a Dream, May 21, 2025

Inner work is often framed as something you can only access if you have enough time, money, or stability to spare. Therapy can be a lifeline, but many of us are still in survival mode, doing our best just to meet our basic needs.​

Meanwhile, every night, consciousness runs its own medicine. Dreaming is free. When we pay attention to our dreams, we let the soul stream into the body, the same way we let the external world stream into our eyes, ears, and mind all day long.

The soul has stories too—older than this lifetime—and they are always trying to speak. This year, three dreams in particular revealed the landscape of my soul: my ancestral house became a Goddess temple, my ghost story became a vow to never abandon ship, and my cosmic tourist heart remembered that the soul can transcend the body.

DREAM, APRIL 23, 2025

I walk through an ancestral house run by a Mexican cartel man. He holds a family at gunpoint on a terrace. As I walk by, it feels like a casual, everyday event. I hear the gunshots as I descend to the first floor.

On the first floor I discover an art gallery preparing for an exhibit. The preliminary prints are hand drawn on the wall and I know soon their real paintings will be hanging in their place. Susan Seddon Boulet, the Goddess painter, arrives with her collection. I’m so excited to meet her and to tell her that I love her work. The cartel man interrupts me and hands her one dollar for her entire collection. In that moment, I understand that the Goddess is being used to launder money. I am furious.

I immediately walk into the higher-up’s office to lodge a complaint about how all this is unfolding in my ancestral house. I stand up on the marble table to speak my mind. Others come to watch the spectacle behind the glass doors, and they wonder if I am being promoted or fired.

The higher-up is a woman, which feels significant. She tells me I am being promoted to her position, but that she isn’t ready to announce it until Monday, and that I should not say anything to anyone yet. She lets the others into the office—they feel like peers or colleagues—and she points to a sign that was just put up on the wall. It reads: “Claudia will promise to not stand on top of the marble table again.” The marble table feels sacred and delicate, like a pedestal for Gods.

She then hands us all printed cards that say the same thing and instructs us to pass them out to the public, so that others know this kind of heresy is not acceptable. I walk away with a feeling of accomplishment and pride and excitement, and I don’t care that I have to pretend I will never stand up on the marble table again. I start passing the cards out to strangers, and when I look at them I see that what is printed is something different. The card reads: “Claudia said something to the clouds.” The background of the card begins to move and it is an image of clouds parting. It feels as if the Gods have listened.

I am now the higher-up in my ancestral house, and I will restore it as a true temple of the Goddess.

👻 📖 Claudia’s Homecoming: A Ghost Story

DREAM, AUGUST 22, 2025

PART I

During the midst of a war, I pick up a tattered book to read to a younger boy. It is a ghost story, and he is too scared to hear it. I turn to the first page and the title of the story reads: “Claudia’s Homecoming.” It begins with, “Anything could happen, and of course, it did.” I don’t yet understand why this is called a “ghost” story.

Before this scene I had just found a wagon cart of babies left behind. They are each marked with paint in one of two colors. One color is to mark their “property,” and the other color is to mark their own children.

I become their caretaker, and that’s when I see how beautifully pure these babies are. The enemy’s children and “our own” are indistinguishable. In that moment of clarity, I remember my own purity and how perfect I was when I came into this Earth battlefield. So I say to one of the babies, “But all babies are pure and perfect though, right?” And the baby gives me side-eye, as if to say some babies come in already sinned and soiled, with stories from before.

I consider how the first half of my story was written by the world, and how the second half is up to me—to decide whether it becomes a ghost story or not.

PART II

The dream continues and the landscape shifts from war-torn to wild. A young Indigenous man with long dark hair down to his shoulders hands me the “kit” for the next phase of my life. It is a hand-carved wooden box, and I open it to find a tincture among other ceremonial items.

He says I have to go out into nature to take it. I cannot abandon myself, he says. Because they are ready to show me my destiny, he says. But I have to say it out loud. I have to make this promise and vow to never abandon myself—this body-ship, this vessel.

He tells me about himself, about his own destiny. I ask him if the medicine showed him what he is meant to become, and, sheepishly, he says no.

I go back in time psychically and see that what the vision first showed him was his potential—yes—but more importantly, it showed him all the ways he blocks himself and limits himself.

I realize we don’t get handed our destinies on a platter. Instead, we are given the opportunities to see what is holding us back from creating our own destinies.

I vow to never abandon myself and to meet whatever comes with my soul and heart embodied.

🌌 🚌 My Cosmic Tourist Soul Imprint

DREAM, NOVEMBER 26, 2025

I speak to my friends about the existential pain I feel of being trapped in one body and in one incarnation. I describe it most strongly like this: when I see a tourist bus of travelers come through town, my heart aches to jump on and abandon everything I know.

This is a metaphor for my spiritual restlessness. This is my insatiable hunger for novelty and adventure and for new stories. It is part of my soul imprint. I long for cosmic freedom and the desire to love unboundlessly throughout the universe.

Maybe this is what my grandfather felt as a long-haul truck driver, marrying multiple women and seeding himself all over the map. Maybe this is my conquistador lineage. Maybe this is my Indiana Jones archetype I meet in visions.​

Life can be an adventure and the body can be a cage that traps the soul. I know astral freedom. I know it’s all an illusion.

We are never truly trapped, and as we develop our multidimensional awareness of the many worlds and realities we are seeded in, we can dissolve the illusion. We can obey the laws of nature and still transcend them.​

A fake Source Mother tried to erase the memory of intermediary mothers within my heart, forcing my own “mother codes” to awaken.

A frustrated “programmer” in a dream complained that I only have feminine templates installed, then a giant warrior woman shows up on the scene and confirms that “all feminine templates” can be a complete, sovereign design.

Then there’s a string of wild cat goddesses—Bastet, Ix Chel, Freya—always circling the perimeter of my house-body, asking to be invited all the way in. Each new cat on the block marks a different facet of fierce feminine intelligence and an erotic life force that is not about sex, but about being fully claimed by a protective, animating presence.

This goddess journey actually began years ago with the Grandmother Tree putting my conqueror fathers to sleep so that the divine mother could awaken in my blood.

I share these visions as an invitation to feel how these dormant cosmic mother codes live in your own body, regardless of gender. Embodying the Goddess is not about waging war on the masculine, but about fiercely protecting and nurturing the environment for a truer, more divine masculine to emerge on Earth—and, more importantly, about stopping the projection of what we think it should be and letting it show us what it really is.

COSMIC WOMB

🌌 🔑 Activating Source Mother Codes

On September 28, 2025, I entered journey space in search of a mother I’ve met only in dreams. She feels Pleiadian and appears with gemstones embedded in her skin. I know my heart is a homing beacon and that it carries the coordinates to find my galactic family, so I clock into the journey and go searching for her.

My search is almost immediately interrupted by unseen guiding forces who tell me that the mother I am seeking is a phantom. “There are no intermediary mothers,” they say, “there is only Source Mother.” I tell the invisible voices they’re wrong. I tell them I know many goddesses who are mothers, like Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene, who are all intermediary mothers for the Cosmic Mother—not to mention the very real mothers who live on Earth.

The guides repeat, over and over, that there is no such thing as intermediary mothers, only Source Mother. We go back and forth until I’m exhausted, but I refuse to surrender.

A giant tidal wave pushes onto the shore. They tell me this is Source Mother. “Fold into her,” they say. Something feels wrong about this, so I refuse. I hear the cries of other souls being sold the same lie—that there are no intermediary mothers, only Source Mother. The wave begins to swallow them, and this is when my own dormant mother codes are activated.

I rise up to protect the scared and crying souls from this false source mother. A true mother would never tell her children that their hearts are wrong. I grow as giant as the tidal wave and I say out loud, “I am Mother now.”

The wave recedes and all the souls are freed. I reawaken to the fact that I am one of many, many intermediary mothers on Earth—and it has nothing to do with giving birth or raising children. Being an intermediary mother for the Cosmic Womb means that you see through her eyes and love through her heart.

NOTE: This journey was really difficult for me to navigate. Normally, I trust my angels and guides to never lead me astray, but sometimes in psychic space you might come across resistance and tricksters in service to your growth. (This is different from actual psychic intrusions or possessions that might require extractions, cleansings, or protections.) Remember that this is a protocol anyone can run in journey space—notice the counterfeit field, refuse the impostor, expand to protect, and let your authentic coding reconfigure your design from the inside out.

HIEROS GAMOS

🙌 🦸‍♀️ All Feminine Templates

There’s been a lot of confusion for me around the alchemical process of hieros gamos and bridging the opposites within me. A lot of the pain comes from the inherited language and messages I get from visions. Words like feminine, masculine, yin, yang, solar, and lunar are interchangeable but nonetheless confusing. It’s difficult to find an entry point into this soul work with language, so I focus on the images and energy behind them. Here is an imaginal snapshot of the state of my soul:

In a dream, a programmer is frustrated with my design. He complains that all I have are feminine templates installed and that he can’t work like this. I wake up and feel ashamed, like my programming or design must be wrong in some way.

The next morning, during a psychedelic journey, I meet myself as a giant warrior woman. My soul remembers what it feels like to be part of a race of warriors that are created with both masculine and feminine templates. The giant warrior and I high-five each other while exclaiming, “All feminine templates!”

This re-union clarifies my confusion and soothes my heart.

I feel complete just as I am.

THE OFFICE OF THE GODDESS

🐾 🏠 New Cats on the Block

Over the past few years I’ve learned to recognize when a new goddess energy is moving into my body. These fierce feminine forces often appear in dreams as wild cats. A pattern I’ve noticed is that they’re always just outside of my house—on the street, on the power lines, on the roof—as if they are waiting to be invited in. Here’s a collection of my favorite goddess cat dreams and the newest cat on the block.

In the dream, I see a white lynx prowling the rooftops. She shapeshifts into a beautiful goddess with bright red hair and a face full of cat makeup. I can’t take my eyes off her. The sight of her scares everyone else on the street, but I cat-call out to her, “I love you!” I say.

This New Year’s Eve dream pointed me to the energy that would enter my 2022. Later that year, the white lynx became the goddess Bastet and a protector of mine. She keeps my secrets and is an energetic gatekeeper.

The Mayan Water Lily Jaguar appears on the power lines outside my house. She is so beautiful, I want to cry. I feel a familiarity, as if I’ve known her in another life.

She has yet to introduce herself as Ix Chel, the Mayan Moon Goddess, but I think that is partly my fault for not consulting with her or inviting her fully into my waking life. Still, I know she’s there on my power lines, within my body, waiting to be summoned.

A silver lynx comes out of the bushes and clings to my right side. She clutches at my right breast, her claws hooking lightly into my chest. I know not to make any sudden movements. I wait for her to deliver a message, but she doesn’t communicate in words. All I sense from her is eroticism and animal magnetism and her attraction toward me. I’m uneasy, but I’m anticipating some sort of energetic transmission, and that’s when she sprays me—marking me with her scent. I pull away and announce that I’m going to go shower now, and then I wake up just as she gives chase, not wanting to let me escape.

This is Freya, the Norse Goddess. She later gives me her name in a hypnopompic state. She is linked to my giant warrior woman vision, and I have been in her afterlife hall. I prefer not to research Freya and to learn about her through gnosis. So far, what she’s taught me about herself is that she is fiercely protective, and her eroticism is not about sexuality, but about life force. She’s claimed me in some way, and I expect more of her energy to enter my life in 2026.

THE GRANDMOTHER TREE

🦋 🔱 Ushering in the New Divine Masculine

Below is a vision from three years ago, and an update on what it means to me now.

The Grandmother Tree shows me how she puts lineages to sleep. Sometimes energies lie dormant for eons until the Earth is ready for them to enter. I watch my conqueror fathers be put to rest while the divine mother awakens in my blood. I have been carrying a masculine God for so long now—aching to be seen by him. Over time, I realized the Goddess had been seeking me out, appearing in visions and dreams. The Goddess speaks, and my old God never did.

The patriarchy being put to rest does not mean that the masculine needs to die. There is a new divine masculine waiting to be birthed, and what the goddesses are teaching us is how to embody the sacred feminine that fiercely protects this new masculine at all costs. The soul of the world needs the Goddess, and this is not a battle of the sexes or anything to do with sexuality or gender. It is a reawakening of dormant coding—the cosmic mother codes that we all carry, and the complete template of our being, beneath all the stories and projections of what we thought the masculine and feminine were supposed to be.​

Confusion is consciousness reorganizing into a higher order.

I accept confusion as a stage of transformation.

I trust that I won’t always be confused and that this state is temporary. I take no action to resist, deny, or fix it.

What seems like chaos or confusion at the human level is actually a higher-order pattern giving birth to new properties within me.

Beyond trauma healing, shadow work, ancestral healing, parts work, “right” relating, collective healing, and learning to love myself as an imperfect being, I’m discovering even more complex and layered soul work waiting for me on the other side.

Sometimes life really does feel like a video game. I unlock new skills, find treasures, level up, and suddenly the challenges grow harder. I keep discovering new ways to meet fear and cope with separateness.

For now, here’s a very incomplete snapshot of my ever-changing beliefs:

I don’t believe there’s one right ascension or exit path from Earth. I believe it’s a gift and a privilege to be incarnated on these training grounds—it’s not for the weary. The diversity of consciousness, minds, and hearts can be both painful and beautiful, and it’s my favorite part of Earth. I believe I am both an “I” and a “We.” I feel my soul family carrying me as I carry them. I believe higher heart chakra work unlocks telepathic capacities. I believe neutrality is the playing field of higher love. And I believe the more we can embrace paradox, opposites, and confusion, the happier we become.

ANIMAL MEDICINE

🐴 🐋 Stable Fluidity

I witness a horse and a whale playing together in the water. I feel the horse’s firmness among the waves as the whale dives and resurfaces from its depths. The whale teaches the horse fluidity, and the horse teaches the whale stability.

This paradox is a medicine—stable fluidity is the ability to remain centered while adapting and transforming. We can be both deeply rooted and always changing.

QUANTUM CONSCIOUSNESS

🤯 💫 Dissolving the Personality Matrix

In a dream, I meet another soul who causes my personality to temporarily drop out. I forget how to act or be myself—as if my programming has been reset.

I ask my angels why I feel dispersed and incoherent. They tell me it relates to scalar waves and the zero-point field—concepts I won’t pretend to fully understand. But what I do sense is that my personality was merging with the impersonal, the local with the universal.

The personality matrix is the collection of ego structures shaping our 3D identity—layers formed by unconscious, instinctual, and conscious mind functions. Experiences of ego dissolution can temporarily dislodge us from this matrix, but it often snaps right back into place.

Rather than seeking ego dissolution, we can entrain the self to experience moments of “reset”—aligning with pure resonance to embody and act from soul presence rather than egoic identity.

The simplest ways to entrain the self are to create moments of quietude and stillness throughout your day. Consciously choose neutrality and release emotional and unconscious patterns from your body. Even brief moments of conscious breath or relaxed presence can open this gateway. By cultivating this habit of surrendering ego-driven reactions and embracing stillness, we create space to align with our pure essence—allowing moments of reset where our soul can fully step into our bodies and guide our thoughts, actions, and being.

MENTAL BODY

💇‍♀️ 💭 Hair in dreams as states of mind

Hair in dreams often symbolizes states of mind, perspectives, or cosmological views. I’m sharing this trilogy of dreams unintegrated and without interpretation, because I’m still trying to figure it out. 🤔

In the dream, I have split ends and my hair is frayed, so I take matters into my own hands. I try to use a chainsaw to trim my hair, but it ends up as a hack job. My angels warn me not to get ahead of myself and to leave it to the professionals.

Two nights later, I decide I’m only going to wear wigs from now on. I rub a compound into my scalp to matte down my natural hair. The angels warn me against using wigs to mask my thoughts—they tell me it’s addictive. As I rub in the compound, all my hair begins to fall out.

After these consecutive nightmares, I surrendered to my own mind. I can’t mask my thoughts or chop them off, so I came up with a prayer to honor my thought process and help me move past it. You might notice it’s loosely based on Dune’s Litany Against Fear:

I am thinking this thought and I am feeling this feeling. I will let them both wash over me and past me, and I will take no action because I trust my angels will point me in the right direction. I walk toward my highest futures and never toward fictions or fear.

I repeated this multiple times a day for about a week, until I didn’t need to repeat it anymore. It gave me a sense of agency and reminded me that, when I feel bullied by my own fear or thoughts, inaction and acceptance are what free me.

Last night, I dreamed I was looking down at my own head, and as my hair parted, a wave of black widows scurried out. There was no angel advice or warning in this dream, but there’s definitely something going on with my crown chakra—and I’m not meant to know what it means right now.

SOUL SCRIPTS

🧘‍♂️ 🕳️ Levitating above loops, drains, and old storylines

In recent dreams, I’ve been levitating to rise above conflict, constructs, and what I call “devil” scripts—storylines that trap the soul in loops of pain, guilt, and shame.

You don’t have to play every role someone writes for you. Often, these storylines are perpetual loops meant to drain your energy. If a storyline isn’t designed for soul growth, and you’ve already learned its lesson, you’re free to not act your part and exit the loop.

I interpret levitation as a symbol of rising consciousness and the restoration of personal power—the ability to rise above what entraps the soul.

The levitating self can see the illusions overlaying reality. When consciousness rises, participation in those false realities is revoked.

Even in waking life, choosing to “levitate” above old scripts means reclaiming your perspective, energy, and freedom—allowing a higher perspective to rewrite your storyline.

COSMIC PEP TALK

🐉 🌌 The Dragon Field

Everyone has to hold up their own spirit—costumed as a dragon kite—during a night thunderstorm, and I tell the coaches (who are Gods) to put me in to give a pep talk, because most of the dragon fliers are young souls growing weary of holding their spirits up. The Gods tell me it’s a liability to have a “parent” do this, but I insist. I wake up and remember once again that I am a dragon mother/priestess.

I don’t remember exactly what I meant to say in my pep talk, but it might have been something like this:

I know you’re exhausted from holding your spirits up—especially when all the elements seem to be working against you—but please, don’t give up. You’re tethered to dragons, and your dragons know how to survive the storm, because they’re made from it—formed by those same untamed elemental forces, and these forces are your power, too.

I know your soul is weary, but I promise this night will pass. Tomorrow will be bright, and you won’t have to fight to stay standing—instead, you can let yourself be carried by the gentlest wind.

Shamanic dreaming is much like being an astral janitor. There are always overflowing toilets to clean, monsters to chase, and souls to guide out of darkness. My role has changed over time: from dragon slayer to dragon priestess, from escaping floods to clearing psychic waters.

When I shapeshift in dreams, my body wakes up sore. When I channel Mother Earth, my cells vibrate. This year, my dreams have shifted my awareness to reality matrices, frequency-altering, and world creation. This is the part of any spiritual path where the strength of ego structures gets tested.

Psychedelics and any form of consciousness expansion always carry the risk of psychosis, ego inflation, and developing a shiny new god complex.

How can we allow ourselves to be expansive without losing the containment that keeps us grounded? How can we transcend without fragmenting the self? Slowly, over time, my dreams have guided the way:

The soul is meant to grow wings. We are not just citizens of Earth—our bodies carry interdimensional passports encoded in our DNA. But the line between experiencing god-like states and identifying with them can be razor-thin. The only thing that keeps me on the right side of the line is integration.

A NOTE ON INTEGRATION: Integration is what’s needed after a shift in your anchor point. If reality feels uncanny or you’ve lost connection with how you feel, you’re likely in need of integration. It can take any form—talking with someone, sitting in silence, art, play, movement, or even napping. (A 15-minute nap never fails to clear my psychic fogginess.) I just ask my body, heart, and mind what they want—the answer often surprises me. Sometimes what it really wants is just to binge-watch comfort shows or movies or to listen to a playlist on repeat. Eventually, I come back to myself, and I never feel that different—just calmer, more spacious, and with my soul more deeply rooted in my body.

I’m sharing the following god-like dreams as they came, without interpretation or labeling, because I’m still integrating them myself. These visions are meant to embed into my aware ego—neither shrinking nor inflating my identity. These are glimpses of truth, but they don’t just belong to me. These dreams belong to you, and to the soul of the world.

🌈 🙏 God-like dreams lead to cosmic servitude

Somewhere between visions and interrealms, I meet a Reality Matrice Weaver. She tells me that we are still learning how to embed time into the field—the blueprint of reality. The goal is to become aware of all our multidimensional aspects. Past lives are not past—everything is now. We can learn not to be crushed by the weight of time and to expand to hold more of our eternal memory.

I dream of transmission towers as energetic architecture that grids reality. I enter these dream realms to help shift timelines from distorted to aligned with Source. When the towers broadcast violet frequencies at the end of these dreams, I know we’ve successfully transmuted and anchored the desired reality for the collective.

I run through timelines, shapeshifting into men and animals, constantly switching out technologies so I can match the time of where I’m headed. Again and again, my higher guides assign me the role of a timeline keeper.

I celebrate with my friends—the inhabitants of these other worlds—as the monsters recede. I ask if they’re going to be okay or if I should stay, but they always say they’ve got it handled. The rainbow light has been anchored. Darkness no longer overpowers. We’re not trying to create utopias—just pulling in hope, light, and love where there is none.

I guide a woman through Dreamtime and apologize for taking her into “false” and fabricated dream scenarios. I explain these are created to train souls and to trap negative energies without physical risk. We don’t have to do all our shadow work while awake. The emotional purging that happens while we sleep cleanses our bodies. Dreamwork can accelerate consciousness expansion when you accept dreams as real energetic experiences.

I help save another world and pack it into a shipping container, with the help of higher benevolent goddesses guiding me with radios and binoculars. We need to exit before the reality collapses, and I’m worried we won’t get out in time before the portal doors close.

I steer my vehicle toward a higher realm where some of the gods reside. I know my body carries the right codes to enter. Traveling through harmonic universes relies on frequency matching and resonance. As I approach, I see Hera in the form of a cloud and say, “That is our mother Hera.” Then my perspective shifts and I become Hera herself. I am both the micro and the macro—the cell and the God—all at once.

A god steps into my tent and sees the many miniature forms of Gaia I have created and contained. This time period feels ancient and biblical, set in an Arabian desert. A planet of swirling blue dust is my most successful attempt. The god says, “How wonderful how she’s here!” Disappointed, I reply, “She’s not really here. These are only poor renditions.” I’ve created these worlds without the help of the Gods—creation is God-like—but I know my human limitations. I miss Gaia, even though I stand on her. I am missing something I have not yet lost: the jewel of our galaxy.

These god-like dreams lead me to cosmic servitude. I continue to spiral into myself and out toward the universe—small, then giant. I cultivate my own paradise, then surrender to the rivers of Life. I know I can’t change the reality of others, and that mind over matter has its limits. But I also know everything is energy, that love is a superpower, and that there are heavens in my heart I pull the world into. I vow to keep weaving unconscious material into the light, to follow the holy threads to the edges of the Earth, map out what I can, and leave it behind for others.

🌈 💎 The Mineral Kingdom teaches Unity in Diversity

The Mineral Kingdom has been loud and deeply present in my dreams and visions. Like the Mycelium, which teaches us about morphic fields and shared memory across lineages, the Mineral Kingdom offers lessons about soul group formations and how cosmic principles structure and evolve as matter. Both the Mycelium and the Mineral Kingdom provide an evolutionary intelligence that bridges many realms and guides the growth of human consciousness.

During a recent psychedelic journey, my sense of self shifted, and I remembered I was a “We”. I had always believed in the Mayan philosophy of In lak’ech: “I am you, as you are me,” but during this journey, a sliver of my eternal memory awakened, and I felt the weight of many other souls on my back. I carry them, as they carry me.

I realized this collective identity is what the Mineral Kingdom has been trying to awaken in me—especially through its botryoidal formation, where crystals group together in rounded, grape-like clusters rather than growing as single, separate points.

The botryoidal formation is a living metaphor for soul group dynamics. Each unique crystal contributes its individual essence, yet together they form a harmonious, unified whole. These clustered shapes reflect how diverse souls come together, each expressing themselves distinctly while co-creating something greater than any one alone—a beautiful embodiment of unity in diversity.

COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS

🌊 💧 Submerge into Oneness and resurface as One

My spirit guides show me what it feels like to be part of both the collective consciousness and individual consciousness. I repeatedly dunk myself into the ocean—submerging into Oneness, then resurfacing as just one. We don’t have to wait until death to return to Source—we can do it now. We can live in both worlds: communing with the collective and participating in life fully, each a unique expression of Source.

Note: There was something else that came through this dream that I don’t yet have words or images for. It’s about telepathy—an inherent psychic sense, dormant in some but available to all. It awakens alongside collective consciousness. When you can physically sense the interconnectedness of your soul family, the phone in your heart starts to ring. This is telepathy in action.

INDIVIDUALITY

👤 🪦 Our bodies are tombs for our identities, says Nefertiti

My body becomes my childhood bedroom. Nefertiti appears and asks me to show her around. A poster of my 5th-grade crush is on the wall, and she asks me to tell her all about him. I laugh and remind her that she is a Queen—why on Earth would she be interested in a schoolgirl’s stupid crush? She responds, “Because every little thing about you—everything you’ve ever loved and everything you’ve ever hated—makes up who you are. And because your identity matters.”

My room transforms into a tomb. “The body will be a tomb for your identity,” says Nefertiti. On the wall is a plaque: “Claudia, Born 1984 – ” with the date left blank. I understand it’s my responsibility to fill in the gap between birth and death. The soul is meant to be fleshed out—literally.

My guides chime in regarding my identity, repeating, “Don’t take it seriously, but take it VERY seriously.”

Once your collective identity awakens, the real fun begins. I get to be as weird and different as I want as a unique identity, and then offer myself back to Source as a gift to her. Our personal expressions are works of art. Every human I meet is another aspect of the collective—one I can never be but still get to experience, and what a gift that is too.

This life is brief, and our bodies are tombs. Let’s encourage one another to fully flesh out our souls.

FEDERATED STATES OF CLAUDIA

🗺️ 🧬 Blueprints for a Multidimensional Body

I observe the states that make up my singular identity within my body and say: “Let’s imagine space between their borders so they’re not merged or touching.”

My aware ego—or core self—remains the Queen of my inner kingdom, yet I rent out space in my body. My guides have repeatedly advised me to see myself not as a personality, but as a dimension. Claudia as a “dimension” means she hosts many visitors: dormant aspects, transpersonal energies, archetypes, and foreign entities that communicate telepathically.

These many parts, archetypes, and energies each require their own space, allowing movement from one state of being to another—each in its own domain. The aim is to travel between states so that each aspect experiences itself fully and retains its autonomy, rather than merging into a single consciousness.

We all contain multitudes, but to sustain multiplicity, we must learn to build our multidimensional bodies and effectively govern our inner landscape.

Parts work, like IFS and Voice Dialogue, can help to build internal psychological structures that support pluralism. Beyond that, new and more fluid frameworks are needed to sustain multidimensionality and shared consciousness. In dreamtime, I experience consciousness-jumping and shapeshifting, which helps dismantle rigid egoic structures so that I wake up feeling more fluid in my consciousness.

There’s a constant balance needed between fluidity and boundaries, multidimensional consciousness and psychic protection. This is where my guides’ advice on identity comes in handy again:

“Don’t take it seriously, but take it VERY seriously.”

POLARITY WORK

🗣️ ☯️ Dialoguing with the opposite for wholeness

I tell my friend the hard truth: you will never get rid of your inner critic. Instead, I show him how to create the opposite part—one who encourages him—so the two can have a dialogue. A healthy discussion begins inside him. Fears and doubts are unpacked, and hopes and dreams are given center stage. He feels more whole and balanced.

Every energy has its opposite. If you’re feeling trapped within your own mind, flip the script and give it voice.

COSMIC GRIEF

🗑️ 🌌 The Soul’s Landfill

This vision is almost three years old, but I spiral back to it in a deeper way—adding new layers of meaning each time. This is what I originally wrote:

There is an invisible conveyer belt that extends from Earth to Heaven.

I sat underneath and watched the bodies drop as the souls ejected themselves.

A landfill of spiritual refuse.

I sifted through the matter left behind. I mourned the un-lived potentials within.

Lives that never fully expanded out of fear.

The life-body is a house meant for remodeling and adding on and enlarging in every way.

This is cosmic grief I am feeling.

Some of these life-bodies will be recycled. Return to grow again. Others forgotten.

I think of my own body hanging from that conveyer belt — of all the rooms I have yet to discover within me.

In the end, however we decide to differentiate ourselves from the collective is up to us. Our identity expansion is a solo project, yet there is a part of me always saddened by abandoned potential—for lives not fully lived, and for souls not fully fleshed out. This includes my own, of course.

This vision reminds me that the soul continues on after death, but our identities do not. I continue to find ways to fall in love with this temporary form and brief expression, and I see more clearly how this body—or house, dimension, tomb—is worth treasuring and expanding, even knowing its impermanence.

Our karmic loops are designed to be broken. Other people do not break our hearts—we break our own by trying to fit ourselves into spaces we’ve outgrown.

The season came to a close with a bittersweet feeling. I learned to sink deeply into my own body this summer. My sorrow dropped roots into the earth, where only Mother Earth could hold and heal them. I napped in my yard, letting her cradle me. I began a practice of earthing—standing barefoot on the grass, breathing with the trees, and dissolving into timelessness. The fairy kingdom opened up for me. The fairies seem to have mastered the art of silly dramas—something we humans have yet to conquer.

My tears are now always just beneath the surface, but they are not all sad. They are joyous, and grateful, and so deeply in love with being alive.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ARCHITECTURE

🏗️ 🧠 The center cannot hold, the foundation must shift

At a psychedelic retreat center, the Earth starts to crack, and the guide tells me this is my fault. It’s true that I invite change, but these fault lines are not of my making. This is what nature does, and we, too, are nature. Don’t be afraid of losing the ground beneath you. Minds are meant to expand, and foundations will inevitably shift.

The center cannot hold when the entire universe wants to break through.

INNER PARTS

💡 🎬 The editor who lives in my basement

There is a film editor who lives in my basement, and he tells me that what is buried and hidden must be brought into the light. Artificial light is not suitable for shadow work. He tears down a dividing wall within me—a load-bearing wall. Natural sunlight breaks through. No material is too dark. No matter is too heavy. He rewrites the endings to my scary stories. I tell him he should win an award for this. He says there is no award category for this kind of work. I nominate him anyway.

We all have the ability to grow an inner editor—someone who knows how to look at the old footage of our lives and splice it in a way that lets the sunlight in. Don’t let the external world direct your shadow work. It’s an act of courage and creativity to dig into our own basements and bring up the scenes we’ve buried. The process doesn’t follow a script, and there are no fixed rules for how healing happens. But when you shape your darkness into something artful, it can resonate far beyond your own story.

Aim to give the world beauty where there was only pain.

🌌 📥 What the process of integration looks like

A friend asks me to show her something cool and “psychic.” I see my visions downloading into a body separate from mine, and I end up having to drag it around town behind me. That’s what the process of integration feels like: constantly trying to fit cosmic data into a body that has no room for it. Most of my time is spent dismantling constructs of reality and releasing what no longer serves me, just to make space for new insights and ideas.

The expansion of consciousness never ends, and while it can sometimes feel like a literal drag, it’s a necessary part of what my spirit guides call “open access ascension.” No mystery schools, no ancient secrets hidden behind paywalls. You simply enroll yourself in the dreaming, and the psychic training begins.

THE ETHICS OF SHAMANISM

🌍 💤 Sweet dreams, friends

A botryoidal guide shows up in my dream and advises me to not unlock or open up the minds of certain people, only illuminate a short path out. There are some people who are ready to awaken completely and others who must stay asleep to do their work on Earth.

What does it mean to wake from the dream? It can be jolting, lonely, even terrifying, to realize we are not all interacting with the same reality. Sometimes I feel so incredibly lonely in the psychic realms that I want to stomp up and down and wake my friends, just to have someone to play with.

And then there are times I glimpse something I didn’t want to know—something so foreign and strange to my mind that it doesn’t compute. It feels like a glitch, and I know I’m not meant to grasp it. I back out of that strange reality and cling to what feels safe and familiar.

Consciousness is collective, but not meant to be homogenous. Life would be dull if it was. The diversity of reality matrices we anchor here is what makes Earth unique.

Life should feel like a sweet dream. If you awaken, move gently. Don’t disturb the ones you love until they are ready.

🌌 🐟 Quantum Catfish of Possibilities

On August 30, 2021, I had a dream I titled The Catfish Museum and All Points of Possibility. Over the past four years, the Catfish has continued to appear in my dreams and visions, teaching me about time and the quantum field. I wish I had the technical art skills to draw what I see in visions, but since I don’t, I’m deeply grateful for AI art machines and their evolution, which help bring these mysterious transmissions to life. Above is a video I created with narration, and below is the transcript.

 In a dream, I tour an underwater museum and meet the Catfish of Possibilities. I watch the catfish swim as if moving through a quantum field of potentials. He is teaching me how to sense waves and points of possibility before they crystallize into reality. Like the catfish, we can also learn to sense and surf the wave function—the spectrum of all possible outcomes.

An underwater propeller churns my subconscious stirring up hidden energies, thought forms, and emotions from the depths. Don't fear this inner turbulence. Ride the currents and integrate what lies beneath. These are latent potentials now surfacing in the field of possibilities. Your subconscious participates by picking and choosing which potentials will collapse into your personal reality.

In the dream, I ask many questions and I'm pawned off to a programmer who's disinterested in explaining how it all works. We don't need to know the coding of reality to become conscious co-creators. We activate our futures through attunement—feeling into what is latent, what is shifting, and what is ready to collapse into form.

At the end, I receive a jack-in-the-box toy with a catfish unexpectedly popping out. Life's mechanics can seem linear, but emergent possibilities often appear as surprises—allow for the unexpected and stay playful with what life delivers. We are not limited to one path. We are surfing the waves, mastering the art of responding to what emerges and navigating the currents—attuning to what is possible, choosing a future, and then steering ourselves toward it.

I shapeshift into a Catfish and swim backward upstream toward my ancestral mothers. Time reverses, waking reality dissolves, and my mothers tell me, “You have always been here.” Our bodies are the timekeepers, and we can reverse the flow of time. Our awareness is not confined to a one-way track—it exists in the “everywhen”. We are everywhere, every time, all at once.

🎭 🪞 Fractal Drama: Mirror Contracts in Dreams

I warn him about the mirroring that happens in dreams. Dreams are a space where you can see the self clearly, but sometimes the mirrors are wonky. Sometimes they’re one-way only, and sometimes they become 2-, 3-, or even 4-way mirrors. This is called fractal drama.

We make mirror contracts—just like soul contracts—with people, inviting them to appear in our dreams to provoke, agitate, and awaken. Sometimes you are every person in your dream, and sometimes you are not.

The dreambody dresses itself in collective shadows. The dramas that play out in dreams act as a clearing mechanism, purging outdated archetypes and shadow forms. This allows both the soul and the collective to reclaim fragmented consciousness and heal timeline wounds.

When you dream, you’re not just dreaming for yourself—you dream for the world.

In a dream, my ex-boyfriend’s wife finds a book of love poems I had written for him long after our relationship ended. She asks if I still love him—if I’m haunted, pining, or wanting—and I tell her, honestly, no, not even a little bit.

Her question breaks open a new depth in my heart.

In the dream, I realize there is a kind of love that transcends romance. A love revealed only by distance and time—after attraction has faded and heartache transforms into gratitude. Eventually, you realize that love is not the relationship between two people or the emotional charge you feel. Love is what remains beneath—the invisible foundation of everything.

On one level of awareness, Life is a flowing river. I float past windows of reality, each belonging to someone on Earth. Life can be chaotic, serene, abundant, or tragic, but from this perspective I surrender to whatever it is—knowing these are only moments passing by. How beautiful it is to glimpse other people’s lives. How lucky I am to have my own. How magical it is to be briefly entangled on Earth.

On another level of awareness, Life is a hall of illusions—a mirrored maze to wander. I think I see and understand myself, but it is only a projection. Even with eyes, we rely on others to reflect our form, but what we see is all light and shadow play. I am another you, you are another me, and yet we must individuate. Let us help each other—to be both separate and collective. Tend to your shadows and distortions, and reflect back to those you love with open hearts and clear eyes.

🌊 ✨ Clearing muddy waters and healthy dis-identification

I spend most of the dream with my younger brother, clearing muddy waters. These are the psychic waters of our lineage, and right now, they are dirty. I’m grateful for siblings so I don’t have to cleanse the family lines alone.

While we are clearing, he tells me he has an appointment for a male hysterectomy. I tell him that’s a mistake: he has identified too strongly with our mother and is losing touch with his own generative power. This happens often in family systems: the son takes on the sins of the father—or, in this case, the traumas and illnesses of the mother.

This is part of the shaman’s work: escaping enmeshment and practicing healthy dis-identification. We can remain within the family system, yet be whole and separate. We can serve as psychic healers of our lineage without taking on its wounds.

Know what is yours to carry, and what is not.

PERSPECTIVE SHIFT

🌓 🌗 Celebrating the Union of Opposites

Before going to sleep, I declare that I’m ready to move beyond black-and-white thinking and embrace a galactic consciousness. My guides quickly yank me back and humble me.

In the dream, I find myself at a wedding. The color theme is black and white. I wonder, why would any bride choose this? I’m trying to divorce duality—not marry it. That’s when I notice the groom. He wears a silver tux—the third polarity principle I must embrace. Neutrality is the emergence of consciousness beyond rigid dichotomies. Sometimes the subconscious is so “on the nose” it’s nauseating. My higher guides step in: Not so fast. You can’t escape the dualistic worldview, but you can learn to celebrate the union of opposites.

This initiation into Cronehood has been unfolding for years. In dreams, my guides push Neutrality into my hands as the new foundation I must embody.

What I’m still learning is this: the Wise Woman doesn’t escape the dualistic reality matrix, but she does have the privilege of dancing with the opposites. This gamifies life, making it fun, because she knows every outcome serves a purpose.

True wisdom comes not from avoiding challenges, but from fully engaging with them—and learning to embrace what appears to be in conflict but is actually, on a higher level, acting in harmony.

RADICAL MULTIDIMENSIONALITY

🌈 🦋 Shapeshifting in dreams as training for future fluid identities

My astral friend Jess and I are seated across from each other on couches when we begin to shapeshift uncontrollably. This is fine—sometimes it happens—but then I see Jess duplicate into two forms, and I become alarmed. This feels like dissociation, not multiplicity. We must remain one person, I tell her. Our identities can be fluid, but our aware ego is one—and the center must hold.

In the future, identities will grow even more fluid. We will be able to host multiple modes of consciousness within the body without splintering the personality. Multiplicity is not the same as fragmentation or dissociation.

Shapeshifting in dreams offers a glimpse of our spiritual evolution, as consciousness moves beyond fixed forms. Psychological and energetic transformations can happen rapidly. Shapeshifting is a direct experience of the soul’s multidimensionality and radical freedom.

Fixed identity is an illusion. Now is the time to begin shifting from singular identity into multidimensional consciousness. I am “Claudia,” a temporary expression of personality, but my body is a multi-use vehicle of consciousness—a cosmic storehouse, a dimensional space.

We can discover wholeness even in fragmentation—if we don’t cling to it as “who we are.” Let the boundaries of “self” dissolve—become the shapeshifter, the cosmic storehouse, the dimension anchoring galactic consciousness.

I lose my friend’s Alice and I’m desperate to find her. I thought I had tucked her into a wallet—she’s just an inch tall—but when I looked, she wasn’t there. The rest of the dream, I search everywhere, asking everyone. Later, I find her hiding inside a terrarium, too afraid to come out.

We each have our own Alice in Wonderland—the inner part of us who dives into rabbit holes and wanders through nonsensical lands, who misses home yet knows we can never truly return. We have been giants and we have been small. We have been lonely and lost, only to reemerge with a new grip on reality. Alice is our paradigm disruptor, our eternal divine child, both wonderer and wanderer. Care for your Alice, and never lose her.

The night after I sent out the issue, the Fairies popped into my dreams to clarify. They said they’ll now frame their messages in the color orange, so I can tell them apart from the Angels.

I would rather be sharing visions of interdimensional beings, imagery of parallel timelines, and messages from galactic consciousness. Yet, no matter how multidimensional my heart is, it never fails to humble me, forcing me to confront my human self.

In dreams, the suppressed self shows up as floods and fire. Sometimes it’s airplanes crashing or buildings crumbling. If you ignore your subconscious long enough, the external world begins to mimic your inner reality—until the boundaries blur and it becomes just one reality you can no longer ignore.

A hard lesson I’ve learned recently is the paradox of spiritual growth: the more we expand our spirit, the more we’re called to root into our bodies and deal with our messy humanness.

The real work is not just “going up,” but digging deep and accepting all our selves—even the undeveloped and immature parts.

Higher visions are not meant to lead you away from yourself or your life, but deeper into your own wholeness.

This is how the emotional body shows up in dreams. A bathroom roof caves in and the water pours in from above, because when ignored, the subconscious will turn itself upside down. I try to hold back the depth, but you can't stop a flood when it's coming from within.

In another dream, I sit inside a dormant volcano with all my younger selves. These raw, undeveloped parts of me don't know any better. They carry only fear. I try to bypass my immature emotions with intellect, but they remind me a dormant volcano can always erupt. What is needed is self-soothing—comfort and validation.

Sometimes I sink too deep into my emotional body. My sorrow grows roots deep into the earth. I sulk in a chair shaped like a tree trunk, and the fairies have had enough of this. They tell me it's time to "get the show on the road"— to step out of my emotional body and into the sun.

Our mental bodies can also undergo painful change, often depicted in dreams as buildings and structures falling apart. The angels hold up a new reality screen for me to focus on, while all hell breaks loose in my mind. As old limiting frameworks blow up and crumble around me, I stay focused on the new expansive reality in front of me.

Transformation doesn't have to be painful. It helps to see yourself as a holographic being. My angels show me my subtle bodies as if they're separate. I cleanse and purify myself of negative forms of thought and emotion. I see my holographic field populated by doors and windows—as some close, new ones open, leading to new potentials and more growth.

Having this definition and visual of Spirit helps me find my place within the cosmos.

Your concept of Spirit may look different from mine, and that's perfectly OK.

Mother Earth loves and welcomes diversity.

Every quest begins with a question, and most of my questions for the higher-ups are about consciousness, spirit, souls, and gods.

Six months before this vision, I went on an astral journey to a psychic library of primordial history.

Knowledge and information aren't limited to physical books but exist in non-physical realms accessible to those with the desire to visit.

To embark on a spiritual quest, you need a question. I held the question of what happened to the dinosaur consciousness for more than a year before the dreams and visions gave me an answer I was satisfied with.

Sometimes, gnosis hits you like a wave, and other times it trickles down through your intuition.

The higher-ups respond to clear hearts, pure intentions, and sincerity. The answers come slowly, so be thankful for that.

The ascension path is paved with cosmic breadcrumbs. If you don't pick them up or follow them, you'll just continue to loop around in the 3D forever.

The soul yearns to expand and soar beyond what is known.

At the end of my dreams, I meet with Isis. We play chess. I am the white pieces and she is the black—the mystery. There is no air of competition between us, only the game itself.

Life is a game, and I am both pawn and player. I am as pure as white and as unknown as darkness. Beyond duality and polarity, there is only what is.

Isis teaches me to see above opposites, to sit in paradox, finding peace in neutrality, and to remember that life is, above all, a game to play.

When the fax machines began appearing in my dreams, they were always in office settings. On June 17, they appeared freestanding in a public park, where co-workers and I watched these monolithic machines print our assignments. On July 2, in another work setting, there was a discussion about upgrading the fax system—a technology now outdated and costly to Mother Earth. Environmental laws were about to change, requiring every department to find a new way to receive incoming messages.

I was confused by this new symbol, sensing it was a disguise for a higher concept that needed deciphering. I figured it out by reflecting on similar technologies that have appeared in my dreams.

• Cell Phones — Direct outbound communication to higher spirit

• Landline Phones — Telepathic communication from soul to soul

• TVs — Remote viewing instances, glimpses into adjacent realities and timelines

• Transmission Towers — Symbolizes the body as the conduit for communicating with galactic collectives

• Printers — Channeling and materializing from a higher source

• Faxes — Direct incoming messages from the higher realm, most likely related to our earthly mission

SHAMANISM

♻️ 🖤 Recycling Soul Trash

I was in a dream realm where everyone hauled their own consciousness junk behind them in garbage bags. When couples met and merged, their soul trash would combine, and they had to carry the accumulation together.

I made sure to recycle my trash, so my load lessened over time. I revisited a past relationship in the dream and helped him sort through his soul trash—old wounds and regrets he still carried. This felt like making amends—a loving act to lighten his load. I felt love and a sense of completion. This is what shamanic healing is all about.

TIME TRAPS

⏳ 💭 Pull yourself back into the present tense

I see his memory drip like motor oil into the past. I ask how far back he is in time, and he says, “All the way back.”

I reach out and pull him vertically up to the present moment. Looking down from above, I say, “You can reminisce from here—it’s safer. You might not be able to find your way back otherwise.”

This dream is more than two years old, but Dreamtime does not abide by linear time. I am always in a dream. We can slip into old dreams and drag out their edges—and travel through time.

Whether it’s nostalgia or trauma, sometimes we get stuck in the past. We drop roots into a reality that no longer exists. We need to be pulled back up into the NOW moment.

PSYCHIC PROTECTION

🧠 🌌 Psychic fields are playing grounds for thoughtforms

In a dream, I’m being hunted by an interdimensional being. He has a deflated soccer-ball head and gleaming blue eyes. This soulless entity is a Tulpa—a mental construct projected into my dream by someone else. I don’t believe this was intentional.

Psychic fields are playing grounds for our personified thoughts and emotions, and it’s inevitable that we sometimes create monsters from our fears and negative thought forms.

You can protect yourself psychically by simply being aware that these intrusions are bound to happen, and by making a habit of asking yourself: Is this mine, or does it belong to someone else?

DREAMTIME

✨ 🌌 My soul search for home in the stars

In the last dream of the night, I am someone’s house guest, asleep on the couch. I look up at the night sky and see a road map made of constellations, pointing the way to new dreams. When I travel through the astral realms, the concept of “home” doesn’t exist for me. I meet and spend time with the psychic selves of real souls—some currently embodied, some not—and then I move on like a cosmic nomad.

“The skylight is a map to my soul”

Another night on the cosmic highway.
I wake in an unknown dream,
on a stranger’s couch.
I don’t know the laws of this realm,
nor the villains,
or even the mission.
Am I the main character this time,
or just a bystander to my own soul?
The constellations light up the sky—
a road map for expansion.
My spirit is restless,
my consciousness relentless.

I have to keep going.
